Kathy planned a trip to Universal for our family of 4. Kathy was knowledgeable about the destination and had lots of advice for our trip. Her advice helped us pick the hotel and hotel options that were right for us. I still talk about the concierge level access Kathy recommended that saved us both time and money. We thought we wanted to go to Sea World but based on Kathy's suggestion we spent the day at Discovery Cove. It was an amazing experience we will not soon forget. Kathy is always available for questions and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. She is wonderful to work with, can't recommend Kathy enough!

Kathy has booked over 7 trips for our family and friends. And she is now helping my son and his friends book their first trip. We have never had one bad experience and she is always available to help at any time of the day.

Kathy set up everything for our Disney trip and it was amazing! We booked it early and when there was a promotion after we booked, she got us the cheaper price. She offered a Pixie planner which I highly recommend. We took our kids and grandkids. It was our grandkids first time to Disney. The information that Kathy provided to us made for stress free days where we could truly enjoy seeing our grandkids have fun riding the rides and seeing the characters! We told the kiddos we would take them back in 2 years. We will definitely be using Kathy’s services again!!!

Great advice and communication. Relevant recommendations for our stay. Everything went smoothly from planning and through our trips. Can't wait for number 4!

After years of planning our own family trips, my wife and I tried working with Kathy Weiss for our Bahamas vacation with our kids. From our first conversation, it was clear this wasn't just another booking experience. Kathy understood exactly what our family wanted - not just destinations, but meaningful experiences to create together. She crafted an itinerary with thoughtful touches we'd never have discovered on our own. When a flight cancellation threatened our Bahamas trip, Kathy sprang into action immediately. Within hours, she had secured new flights and rearranged accommodations with minimal disruption, turning a potential disaster into a minor hiccup. This wasn't our first experience with Kathy's exceptional service. She's been our go-to expert for numerous trips across the United States, including navigating Disney World and Universal Studios in Florida with kids. Each time, her recommendations for family activities and accommodations have proved perfect, providing authentic ex

Kathy was a great travel agent. From start to finish she supported us! She gave us various options in the beginning stages based on our wish list. She guided us on each option and gave opinions when asked. Everything was done by Kathy and we didn't have to do a thing. She was thorough with paperwork and frequently sent us updates and countdowns to our vacation. Kathy communicated with us from start to finish in our vacation, even asking us to share pictures with her as if we were family. I plan on using Kathy in the future for any and all travel we do! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kathy was amazing in assisting my families week long Disney Cruise vacation this past March! She made the process extremely straight forward and even assisted us in claiming a discount offered by Disney that we otherwise would not have even known about. Will be recommending her services to whom ever I can! And will be using Kathy any chance we get in the future!

Kathy did a wonderful job setting up the entire cruise for our family. She updated us regularly and sent any pertinent info. She was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the cruise and setting up dining and experiences. Questions were always answered promptly. I will definitely use her services again!
