Our daughter planned her destination wedding and had Danna arrange all the travel for the guests. Danna was professional, helpful, organized and quick to answer any of our questions. However, what made her exceptional was helping us all navigate the crisis in PVR that took place days before we were scheduled to leave. She put in so much time in contacting our hotel and transfer company and communicating everything she discovered. With her help, we carried on with our plans and had the time of our lives! Our children’s wedding was a dream come true along with our accommodations. Danna is an incredible travel agent, I can’t wait to plan another trip with her.

As seniors, we always worry about details when planning a trip. Not on this trip. Universal and Disney can be a crazy place and details matter. Danna covered it all with detailed planning and explanations. She constantly kept in contact with us and made sure we knew she would be there if needed. Our trip went off without a hitch and we had a wonderful time with our family. FYI, she planned this trip for our whole family! There was was 13 of us! Thank you Danna. Danna took care of everything from our airline ticket to our room at the Hilton . We had a scare when the airport was shut down for a few days prior to our arrival, but Danna kept us informed about all that was going on and gave us comfort in continuing to Mexico. We had a wonderful trip thanks to Danna working hard to keep the lines of communication open to us. She is wonderful and very good at what she does! We definitely will go through her again!

Danna went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect! She took care of all the communication with the resort and transfers so all we had to do was show up and have an amazing time. Danna helped us plan the best vacation for our 25th Anniversary! She was not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful and patient from Day 1. Danna helped organize our family trip to Mexico. On short notice, she was able to catch us a deal on an all inclusive resort, booked 3 amazing excursions, and even helped re-arrange our plans when the weather changed!
