Planning a trip for our family has always been challenging and especially time consuming until I met Betsy! She is patient, responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Our first cruise trip with Royal Caribbean to Western Caribbean is one of the best trips we have had thanks to Betsy. With the first cruise, I had so many questions. Instead of Googling and going through hundreds of relevant and nonrelevant results, all I had to do was asking Betsy. She either had the answers or found the answers for me and provided additional helpful information. She sent us luggage tags and seapass lanyard holders that proved to be must-haves for cruise. She even sent surprises to our rooms onboard. We now are looking forwards to our 2nd cruise with Norwegian and even have the third cruise lined up with her help. She is THE best travel agent and the EASY button in cruise planning.

I contacted Betsy three months before our 15-year anniversary and hoped I could get a trip pulled together. It wasn’t an issue at all! We were provided with three different options that all looked amazing. We chose our favorite and didn’t have to do anything else. Betsy was available for any questions and even contacted me with information as our departure date approached. She provided excursion options with no pressure to schedule anything. We ended up choosing an awesome excursion because it was a great deal. Our goal for this vacation was relaxation and the location of this hotel was perfect. We look forward to working with Betsy again in the future!

Betsy has helped us with two cruises. Most recently, she helped us book a cruise to Alaska with our mothers. We were concerned that our cabins be near each other and we were hoping to take advantage of a deal. Betsy immediately began searching when I contacted her and found us a better deal with side by side cabins! She makes the process to easy and effortless for us. Betsy worked tirelessly with us to help us plan our perfect Disney vacation! Her knowledge of the parks made everything so easy! She was able to give us suggestions that are extremely helpful and time saving! She really worked around the clock to get us every option we wanted, but still stayed within our budget! Betsy went above and beyond my expectations with planning for this cruise. It was my first time going on a cruise and she made it a wonderful trip! I told her when I was available and she found me a great cruise at a great price! I had so many questions and she answered every one. She sent me links to find the information and get used to the ports and the parking and the rooms on the ship. Overall, I had a great time planning the cruise, almost as much as I had on the cruise. I can't wait to book my next one!

Betsy was able to make what seemed like a huge undertaking as stress free and painless as possible. Tor his summer our family decided to take on Disney World. Having no experience with this type of vacation. It seemed as if the number of options, activities, etc were endless. Betsy helped us sort though all of this and put together a package that essentially had everything we were looking for. She took care of everything from resort stays, dining reservations, and check in to Universal tickets and payments. We had an amazing time and were able to do everything we wanted. There was no stress leading up to or during the trip and it is all thanks to Betsy. She did an amazing job and we cannot thank her enough!!
