You’ve kept us happy for 10 cruises and we wouldn’t think of traveling anywhere without your expert guidance and recommendations. You’ve always been easy to reach and amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I think one reason you’re so good at this is that you’ve traveled so much yourself and usually know first hand what we might expect on our travels. When one reflects back on their lives we think of the memories and experiences we have that bring us great joy and that is what this trip provided. 'This was a special trip for my husband and I to celebrate my retirement. We had the most memorable trip from start to finish and that was made possible by our phenomenal travel agent Sheri Clarke. Sheri was with us every step of the way on the trip and I lieterally mean "every step". From the beginning stages of contacting her about our desire to travel the Rhine to the arriving home from the airport Sheri was there. Sheri prior to the trip invited everyone to her house for a meet and greet and to discuss the trip and answer any questions. When you and your sorority sister connect after 30 years!!! Sheri Durham Clarke you outdid yourself booking our honeymoon!! Turks and Caicos - simply gorgeous! A wedding picture, chocolate covered strawberries, fruit and champagne upon arrival! Wow!!! Owner - “Picture this Travel!” Thank you my very sweet friend!!

As first time travelers to Italy, my husband and I required a lot of direction planning our dream anniversary trip. Sheri took the time to ask the right questions to get a feel for what our family wanted out of our European vacation. It was the first time for three of the four of us and she met and exceeded our wishes! She balanced our trip with history, culture, fun and time to just explore on our own and have sufficient down time to rest. We wouldn’t have had the experience we had without Sheri’s help and we are already thinking of where we want to travel next…and Sheri will be planning it! We got home last night and our 18 year old daughter texted us this morning that she was sad to awake and realize she didn’t have a walking tour in Europe to go on and thanked us for a trip she could have only imagined in her dreams. That’s high praise from a teenage girl!

Sheri is top shelf. She has been there to help guide us thru our latest cruise/vacation. We couldn't be happier with our choice to have Sheri as our travel agent. When we had a problem (our miss understanding) she was able to fix it and made the trip trouble free after that.

Sheri covers all the bases! We started using her 8 years ago so we could enjoy our vacation knowing she had all the details of car pickups, luggage storage, flights and especially the private and personal excursions. She will offer options like the Great Barrier Reef to go to that we would not have necessarily thought of. Again she covers the bases and all bases are loaded!

Memorable trip from start to finish.

Sheri helped us put together our trip for our 25th wedding anniversary. We went with AmaWaterways on a trip through the Provence region of France. Sheri helped us every step of the way with airfare, transportation, the cruise, everything. She was also great about answering all of the many questions we had about the trip.

From the very beginning, I had a vision of putting together a trip of a lifetime for my wife and I. Sheri helped me take the vision and make it a reality. She did an awesome job of planning and making sure all the details of the trip exceeded our expectations. The trip was simply amazing. I didn't have to worry about a thing around the trip. Sheri took care of it all and made it special. I have told at least 10 friends that if they want to do a safari trip to South Africa, they need to call Sheri. When they do, she will not disappoint and will do everything to make it the most memorable trip of your lives.

My wife and I traveled to Europe to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was an amazing trip! We appreciate everything Sheri did for us. From listening to our requests, to fulfilling all our wants, she really came through. Sheri was integral in helping us decide which river cruise line to cruise with-we weren’t let down. Sheri’s expertise was also crucial for us feeling comfortable traveling to foreign countries. We never felt alone-Sheri was available 24/7 if we had any concerns. The AXUS app was amazing. We knew what was going on, and who to meet up with each day of our trip (we had extra days in Amsterdam, Budapest and Prague with lots of moving parts). Sheri made certain we knew exactly where we needed to be each day, and the private tour guides and transportation were always there when we expected. We so very much appreciate Sheri. Her can do attitude and enthusiasm were infectious. I recommend her completely for all travel needs.

Our Norway trip was spectacular! We went for the Northern Lights, but it was so much more. Traveling the fjords was beautiful with the mountains surrounding us. The small towns we stopped in were so charming, and the locals were very friendly. We enjoyed experiencing the Polar Night for several days. We did see the Northern Lights twice; it could have been more if there hadn't been so many clouds. We were so glad that we went on the King Crab and North Cape excursion.

Hurtigruten gives you the feeling that they are experienced traveling the fjords. The staff shared the most interesting information along with things to do and see at every stop. There was a special ceremony where passengers were presented with certificates after crossing the Arctic Circle. We felt like our room was the perfect location on the ship. The ship was always well kept with friendly staff. And, of course, the food and drink were superb. Thanks for all your assistance organizing this trip

Sheri planned an amazing trip for my husband, me and our 20 something kids. It can be hard to find the right mix of things to do and see with a multi-generational travel group but Sheri had it planned perfectly. We had a minor medical issue and some lost luggage and she was right there to help us out. We couldn't have been in better hands. Can't wait to start planning our next trip with Sheri!

Sheri Clarke made our trip-of-a-lifetime to the Holy Land an amazing experience at every level. In the planning stages of the trip, she expertly handled all of the details (that included two COVID-caused reschedulings) for our group of 42 travelers, and she ensured that every base was covered and every question was answered. She made preparation for international travel easy, even when the world was in turmoil.

During the trip, Sheri was amazing. She communicated clearly with the travelers, and she worked incredibly well with every supplier or provider (airline, hotel, tour provider, in-country transportation, etc.) to ensure everything went smoothly and any issues were resolved as quickly as possible. Her diligence allowed us to focus on the trip itself, and that was such a blessing.

Additionally, Sheri went out of her way to connect personally with every single one of us, and she made everyone feel special. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and sort of a surprise birthday present for my wife. It was absolutely perfect. Sheri understood what we were looking forward and matched the trip, accommodations and schedule to exactly what we were looking for. Helicopter ride in Kauai is amazing.

Sheri booked an all-inclusive trip to Mexico in June 2013 and June 2015 for my husband and I. From the point of booking to getting back home - we did not have one issue with either trip. Everything was outlined as expected, communicated efficiently, and never had a single issue while traveling to or from the destination or while at the destination! Sheri has also arranged a 20 day travel to Istanbul thru Barcelona for my parents and it was flawless, too!They had a WONDERFUL time. I recommend Sheri for ALL of your travel needs. She makes traveling an anxiety free and painless experience!

Sheri Clarke. WOW. I don't even know where to begin writing this review. Sheri is truly a gift from the travel Gods. I am a HUGE planner and rarely trust anyone else to handle important things such as our honeymoon. But with the overwhelming planning of a wedding I had to let go. I am so glad I did. She was OVERLY accommodating with all my emails, requests, questions and changes...I have told everyone I know that I will NEVER plan a vacation again. Sheri will be my go to from now on. Not only did she plan an EPIC 2 week trip to Europe under budget but the day we left for the wedding changed a few days to accommodate a last minute work trip in France. She not only made the changes but did so while moving into her new house. Super woman. She is super woman. I could write a novel about Sheri and how amazing she is but I hope to prove her worth and pay her back for her hard work and customer service with word of mouth new business and repeat bookings in the future. I’ve been on 2 trips with Sheri Clark. One in Paris cruise ship and the last safari trip in Africa. Both trips were out of this world!

Travel is so much more enjoyable when you travel with a professional who knows what they are doing and Sheri did just that.

We are SO grateful to Sheri and PictureThisTravel for helping us to plan & coordinate our wonderful honeymoon. We had the most unbelievable trip, and Sheri made the process as stress-free and painless as possible. Flying out of our home in Chicago, we were interested in visiting the Maldives & wanted to make a stop along the way. Sheri worked closely with us to look at options and, ultimately, we decided to visit a couple of locations in Thailand before making our way to the Maldives island. During our trip, we received 5-star service at each of the resorts/hotels that Sheri helped us to book (and at almost each hotel we received complementary upgrades for “the honeymooners”), and we were so happy to have private transportation chartered to and from each airport. The local guides that Sheri had coordinated for our visits were so friendly and helpful – we will definitely be using Sheri for our future travels!

We have been using Sheri’s help for about 14 years, and she is an excellent agent. Using her guidance, we have traveled to many destinations. Whenever we’ve had questions, she has always gotten back to us in a very timely manner. She’s terrific!

Sheri has always been most professional and this last trip was the best, as usual. She always does her research to find the most interesting things to do at every stop and her timing is the greatest, lots of things were getting ready to close for the season, but we made it just fine under the wire...a week later and we would have missed them. Sheri helped us plan our Alaskan sea and land adventure we just took in June. We gave Sheri our criteria, she researched and came back with the 3 options that fit our criteria for us to choose from.
