Lisa helped us with our Disney Trip. She was available for all of my questions and concerns. Offered plenty of tips and tricks. Really went out of her way to help with lightening lanes and other reservations. She checked in with us while we were there. She helped get transportation to and from airport. Made me feel better about all the planning.

Lisa makes traveling easy

Booking thru Lisa makes traveling so easy. She does the majority of the leg work for you. She sends you reminders along with what you need. Flying international and getting us there with minimal bumps is her specialty. Our recent trip the flights got canceled the night before she made sure that our club Mobay and our resort new ahead of time. Club Mobay was there the next day for us. She'll look for discounts and if you find a discount, she will be the one to reach out to them and get your invoice adjusted. I highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a travel agent who truly goes above and beyond, look no further than Lisa! From the moment we started planning our Turks & Caicos trip two years ago, she was there every step of the way—helping us pick the perfect resort, making sure every detail was covered, and ensuring we had an unforgettable family getaway.
Our trip didn’t start as planned (thanks to American Airlines ??), with an aborted takeoff and a 24-hour delay leaving Pittsburgh. But Lisa immediately stepped in, working with Beaches Resorts to extend our stay so we wouldn’t miss a single day in paradise. That extra day made all the difference, and we’re beyond grateful!
And when American Airlines struck again on our way home, leaving us stranded in Charlotte with no flight options, Lisa was still there, helping us navigate the chaos and making sure we had a backup plan. Family Memories Made Fun and Easy!

Lisa was able to quickly put together a last minute Disney trip for our family and provided us with a nice variety of options! She helped me to determine the best property and options for park days within the range of our travel dates and within our budget. As a family of four with teen boys, we really enjoyed having the added space in a family suite! (I didn't know about the family suites options until I recently saw one of her many helpful tips and tricks posts on her FB page.) Her communications were prompt and courteous, and she was timely with occasional check ins and follow ups (and yet I never felt overwhelmed with tons of emails)! I greatly appreciated her enthusiasm, efficiency, and energy throughout the process. It's clear Lisa is a true professional in this field!
