As a former travel agent, I know what it takes to provide stellar customer service to your clients and Cari does just that! We just returned from a cruise she helped us with, not our first trip with her. My sister had booked the cruise on her own and we wanted to join them. Cari set us all up and was able to take over my sisters booking as well. She explained everything step by step down to the smallest detail. Because she is a member of a travel consortium she surprised us with an exclusive welcome party once we boarded and a complimentary excursion. She is always available, although she doesn’t need to be and very responsive. If I asked a question she didn’t know the answer to, she found it in a timely manner. Gave us tips on a travel app to help re-enter the country and so much more!! I have referred her many many times and will continue to do so. Cari has planned several previous trips of ours, so we didn't hesitate to reach out to her when we were interested in going to Peru. All we have to do is tell her our destination and timeframe, and she's on it. She always gives us several options to choose from as far as accommodations, excursions, and flights. She's very knowledgeable about what we will need, and if she doesn't know an answer....she gets it for us. Through the whole planning process, she communicates with us via emails, texts, or phone calls. With this particular trip to Peru, we used Globus Tours. Everything was top-notch....the hotels and restaurants. Our guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. September was a great time to go because they are coming out of their winter. The temperatures were in the 60s and 70s with no humidity. It was pleasantly comfortable. The landscape there is absolutely breathtaking! And, of course, we had to see Macchu Picchu which is remarkable! The trip was well-planned and ran smoothly thanks to the help of Cari!

We decided with 5 months notice to plan a big trip out west to visit Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and more. I had been told you need to plan a trip like that at least a year in advance. A friend recommended contacting Cari, and I’m so glad we did! She was SO helpful, easy to reach, friendly and fun to talk to, and took the stress out of planning our trip. In no time, she had great lodging options picked out for all our stops, and gave us additional tips and helpful advice to make our stops even better. We all agreed this 2 week, 12 state road trip was our favorite family vacation yet, and that’s in good part thanks to Cari. We highly recommend her and will definitely be reaching out to her again for future trips!

We enjoyed the most amazing Alaskan cruise!! Cari was right there from the beginning to help with every aspect! From finding the best cruise line, sticking to our budget, locating great excursions and giving wonderful recommendations, her assistance was nothing short of EXCELLENT!! And she did it all with a smile on her face (seriously, you could hear the smile coming through on every phone call)!! We have relied on her to plan several trips as well as hubby’s hotels for his business travel. She is professional and will research to find exactly what you’re requesting!
