My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary on 11/11/2025 with a trip to Secrets Resort & Spa St. Lucia. This was our first time to experience an all-inclusive resort and Rachael made booking our trip a breeze. She helped us decide what resort to pick, we were thinking of either St. Lucia or Aruba by giving us options and at both. The booking process was smooth and easy from booking our stay to arranging transfer from the airport to the resort.

We recently booked a trip to Ireland for four. We ran into some issues with flight delays and Rachel went above and beyond finding us a flight that would keep us from missing too much of our trip. She was up at 3 a.m. working on this for us. She also worked very close with me on finalizing the itinerary and making sure it worked for us before the trip even started. She shared different pricing on hotels, etc., so it would fit in our budget. We really appreciated her help and dedication to making this work for us.

Highly Recommend! We worked with Rachel to plan a 2 week vacation in Europe [Ireland and Scotland] for two people. The planning experience was taken very seriously. She worked with us over a period of weeks to understand what we were interested and gave us multiple options to consider. Over time, adding and removing until we had a well thought out itinerary. The recommendations Rachel made (transportation and tours) were game changers and overall made the difference. She made all of the arrangements and provided the detail well in advance. The travel experience from start to finish was flawless. We were able to enjoy the sights and relax. Each place we visited along the way was excellent, not a bad hotel or tour in the 14 days we spent. We could not have done this by ourselves, having an expert that knew what to avoid and where to focus made all the difference.

Rachel was great from start to finish. This was our first trip to Mexico and she couldnt have made it any easier. She was very informative and very patient with us when making a decision on where to go. She was able to answer all of our questions and guided us through the entire process. The trip was fantastic and the resort she recommended was amazing. She even checked in with us on our trip. We cant wait to get another trip planned and look forward to working with Rachel again!

I was completely overwhelmed with planning our 25th anniversary trip and turned to Rachel for help and we are so thankful for her guidance. I was able to give her a few details and she pulled together a fantastic trip with amazing accommodations and tours, I was able to fill in the smaller details with ease. The trip was everything we wanted and we will absolutely be using Rachel’s services in the future!

Just returned home from a fantastic time at Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana, DR! It was great to get away with the family! Thank you, Rachel Palmer Burks for helping plan this trip! Excited for the next adventure! Rae Goes Roaming

Rachel was amazing with all our questions and concerns! She is very quick to reply always! She has all the knowledge. We did have a hiccup with transport back to airport we didn’t receive the private transfer we paid for. Rachel took care of it asap and got us a refund! She is amazing!! Highly recommend!

Rachel made planning our trip completely stress-free. Her prompt responses, attention to detail, and overall friendly communication made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. I will be using her for our next trip!

Rachel planned the most amazing trip to Ireland for us. We told her a few things we wanted to see, and let her fill in the gaps for us. The final itinerary made for a dream trip. Highly recommend her for any of your travel needs!
