Amazing experience to work with Lisa, hands down the smoothest travel experience I've had. Lisa took care of all the details and then some! Very knowledgeable about the big and small stuff. What a joy to work with such a professional and total joy knowing that things were taken care of. Thank you!

Lisa was host and organizer of this trip which was primarily a writing retreat, with a few days before and after the retreat week for sightseeing. She played both roles perfectly! First, as organizer, she arranged flights, buses, trains and transfers as well as hotels and retreat centres. I felt free to do any of the above myself, but why would I when she was so good at it?! Her communication with us (the retreat group) was clear about what we did need to do and the best way to do it, and what we could expect from her. After the organizing was complete, she was host as one of the facilitators at the retreat and on our sightseeing days. In both, she was to be able to balance leading and staying out of the way, with ease! The retreat, unlike many I looked at, was focussed on writing, with time for learning and insight, and lots of quiet time for writing. All this in a beautiful setting with delicious food and great company. Thank you Lisa!

Working with Lisa was great! I love the Tern app. It made everything easier. Being able to see everything about our different air flights. If on time, tracked our luggage and seats. Our hotels, B&B. Kept track of our dates where we were. Car rental easy pick up and drop off at the airport. The hotel Delta in Edinburgh was close to relatives. Easy access and close to the trams to downtown. Also close to the Gayle Centre. Did different walking tours of the city of Edinburgh. The hotel in Belfast was across from the Titanic experience also the hop on hop off bus was close for easy access. Ballykeel Farm was a great place and location. Very close to Kilkeel and the Mourne mountains. Hiking was great in the area. Anne was a great hostess. The Rest A While B&B was a great location near to the Giant’s Causeway. Hiking was very good and the views fantastic. Gail our host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very filling. Overall I’m very pleased how Lisa arranged and booked everything for us. I would definitely have her plan any big trips in the future.

We went to Ghana for 15 days. We had never been anywhere in Africa and needed a lot of help. Lisa connected us with everyone we needed to make the trip a great success. Besides the practical things needed to make a trip to an unfamiliar place work, Lisa added value for people like us who love cultural travel, by making her "library" available for good things to read and see before the trip, to prepare us culturally. She did an excellent job communicating with us and taking care of our concerns. We heartily recommend her services!
