My name is Celia Alcaide, and I have been part of the tourism industry since I graduated from the Havana University on 2011. I have more than 10 years of experience serving clients to make their vacations remarkable.

On 2011, I started working in one of the most prestigious Tour & Travel Agencies in Cuba, Havantur, as a Sales Agent, during this time my main role was to design attractive packages for our clients depending on their needs and preferences, and also making the excisting ones more effective for all of them. I always kept  my self updated regarding to what was new in the market to provide them a high quality service . after one year I decided  to move forward to the next step and I  became a Tour Guide. Working directly in the field made me improve the service provided, I got to learn what worked better in every different situations a tourist can face during a trip and what is the most effective way to resolve it. Whenever I came back from a new adventure , I got a lot of great ideas to design a better version of that package.  I have worked with more than 10000 of tourists from all over the world exceeding their own expectations and getting great reviews. Having the opportunity to exchange my experience with travelers from different parts of the world, makes me a better travel agent, because I get to know what is valuable for each section of tourism, what are the preferences, what can't be missed while designing  a package. 

As a Tour Guide, I created, scheduled and guided many of the tour packages all over the country, paying attention to every single detail regarding  to booking hotels, restaurants, city tours, catamaran tours and much more. My responsibility was not only guide them but also to make important decisions in order to keep them motivated and excited every day. My specialty was Family and Group Tours, ,which is a fantastic way to create a very nice atmosphere among the people, where at the end of the day is not only that a person went to visit a destination ,it is also that I like to promote friendship and nice relationships among the travelers. It means that you came from your vacations  and what did you get: an unforgettable trip and a very good new friends.

I feel particularly passionate for Cuba and Caribbean destinations, because I strongly believe that in this part of the world you will find relaxing time along with a lot of fun and excellent weather conditions with makes those destinations a place to go any time of the year.

My passion is to listen very carefully what client are expressing about their ideal travel, and my goal is to make that happens, to make that dream comes truth. 

One of my developed skills is to speak several languages (English/ Spanish/ Italian) , which is crucial to keep great communication with client and always give the the opportunity to express themselves in the one they prefer the most.
