Alex was the best decision we made for this trip! We were way out of our element because we’d never been on a cruise and didn’t know when we should get there, where to stay, how to get to cruise terminal, etc! Alex was able to help us with all of that, including even calling and finding out vital transportation information for us the day of travel without being asked to call! Highly highly recommend for all your travel needs, as he’s booked several trips for my parents as well!

Alex was fantastic in every way. He is knowledgeable, timely, professional, and helpful. But, above all, he was patient. I had so many questions and potential changes I wanted to make or consider making. I asked him to run the numbers on various scenarios and each time he humored me and guided me. Our trip was wonderful. My family will never forget our time at Disney World and it wouldn’t have been possible without Alex. We will be using him again very soon.

I don’t treat myself to trips very often because I am very cautious with my money. This trip… WORTH EVERY CENT! Alex made the experience of Disney the best couple of days I have had this summer. 2025 Beach Vacay

Alex, you did a great job helping me plan this vacation! You earned 5/5 stars. Overall, it was a smooth trip and you were there for us with the only problem we encountered (my fault).
The Rambler was clean and unique. B and H both enjoyed it. We enjoyed drinking coffee at Dr. Bean’s right down the street. The Canal Cottage would get a 2/5 stars. It was clean enough on the surface, but nothing “extra” to make the house itself memorable. I, personally, would not choose a Vacasa house again. The privately owned property we stayed in previously offered amenities (Keurig, supplies for grilling, etc) and was overall cleaner and more welcoming. Also, now that we’ve been twice, the south side of the island has direct beach access. Positives about The Canal Cottage: the porch swings overlooking the water, the quietness of the neighborhood, and easy access to the beach by car. Suggestions: bug spray, stop at Dollar General for groceries right before you get to the Island, Light House Bakery,

Our vacation included many first! Our first vacation, first time on the plane, first time leaving Missouri and Alex made it an absolute BREEZE! He gave us options for our stay/accomodations so we could pick one that worked best for us and our us. He listened to our needs and what we wanted out of the trip. Gave advice and was always there to answer our questions since day 1 of planning. It gave us more time to relax and enjoy our vacation with stress free planning. He was well organized and made sure we were as prepared as possible with providing all our confirmation numbers, apps we needed, flight information and much much more. Alex is the best! He worked fast to find us a hotel for THE NEXT DAY. He was great at communication and we loved the place he found! It truly beat searching for hours on our own. Birthday Celebration to the Keys

What a difference Alex made to our travels. We had never used an agent before and didn't realize how much easier travel can be with an excellent agent like Alex. Planning was so much easier as all details were taken care of for us. Alex was always quick to respond to my many questions and provided valuable assistance. Due to air carrier delays we missed a connecting flight. Alex was quick schedule us a new flight and reserve a hotel for the night before we departed the delayed plane. All we had to do was get an Uber to the hotel destination. He even started a claim for expenditure reimbursement for our unplanned "extra" night.
I will never travel again without using Alex.
