Damian was available from start to finish of my Alaskan cruise on NCI Bliss. He got me a good hotel room in Seattle before my cruise & arranged the shuttle to the harbor the next day for myself & my friend. He made suggestions to make reservations for restaurants on board the ship & to book excursions in advance if we want to to maximize our experience off without doing it onboard. Damian Jahn helped pick the trip to Alaska & helped with with tips on dining reservations tour reservations. He even got me a nice hotel & shuttle service to NCI cruise line ship Bliss! He made organizing & figuring out what I wanted from the cruise so easy for me. When I booked my cruise, I asked my friend if she wanted to cruise with me. She did . She worked with Damian as well & got her the same package he obtained for me. He was the reason my trip was so enjoyable & relaxing & memorable! Damian was great in providing the steps we needed to make the trip to Alaska a memorable experience. We had State Rooms,Specialty Dining for 3 meals, Beverage packages and Wi Fi package and $50 off on each excursion. He told us to book early to make sure we got in. I should have listened to him as 150 minutes did not last long on the Wi-Fi package! I booked 4 Shore Excursions that were fabulous that included the Mendenhall Glacier Photo Safari, the Sky Peak Gondola and the Rainforest Sanctuary among other things. Damian helped me get a ticket on the ride to the ship in Seattle at the last minute and that was excellent. There were so many people and it was organized. We had all are paperwork completed and we went right in. Our luggage came later as we were whisked into the Garden Cafe to have a meal. We enjoyed the Sail away party as we left for Alaska.
