The Inn at Tacaro Estate

As a dedicated travel expert with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences close to home, I specialize in crafting personalized staycations to celebrate special occasions, relaxation or simply for "just needing time to unplug from the day-to-day routine without the need for a passport. Whether you're looking for weekend city escape, a cozy countryside retreat, or a family friendly adventure just a short drive away, I help clients rediscover the joys of local travel.

From luxury spa weekends to food-focused urban escapes and nature-filled cabin getaways, I believe the best vacations can be found right in your own backyard.

Let's turn your time off into a well-earned, well-planned escape without ever leaving your state.

For residents of Maryland, a hidden gem is located in Tracys Landing Maryland.  It is a restored historical Bed and Breakfast surrounded by breathtaking grounds, luxurious rooms and excellent cuisine. At times, you actually feel the spirit of the early 1900's especially when you visit their Speakeasy Bar.

Great Weekend Trip
Reviewed By jtynan7 - New York | Traveled to Washington D.C. | District of Columbia | USA
I connected with Corliss to help me plan my family's recent trip to Washington DC. I wanted recommendations from someone who was familiar to the area and Corliss delivered. She stayed within our budget for the hotel and selected great options. As far as food recommendations, every one she suggested was fantastic. Corliss kept us informed on things going on (we went during the government shutdown) and made sure to check in while we were there. She also sent great tour recommendations for us and highlighted great things to see. I am looking forward to planning our next trip!
Corliss Banks responded
"Thank you so much for trusting me with your family vacation. The government shutdown was not expected. I was so happy to know that you were lucky enough to get into the museums before they shut down! I hope you enjoyed Washington DC enough to come return and explore more and spend some time in Virginia and Maryland. The DMV has so much to offer. "

Corliss Banks was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the entire planning processing. She made sure we had all of the travel tips we needed from passport, visas and country requirements for immunizations. She presented beautiful lodgings for our stay that incorporated local culture and luxury. This was more than a vacation - it was an experience of a lifetime for me and my grandson. We are so grateful for Corliss's travel planning expertise, attention to detail and genuine care. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking an international vacation experience.
