We were praying for a place to get away to celebrate our anniversary and birthday. Somewhere on a beach, restaurant choices, multiple pools, and adults only (my wife is an elementary teacher). Lindsay was incredible as she not only provided what we asked but far exceeded our expectations! She even got us upgraded to the Preferred Club and the resort celebrated our anniversary and birthday all week!! I thought planning a stay at Disney would be like any other vacation, but quickly learned that the Disney sites, with all its options, quickly became confusing and frustrating. Disney has so many options and it is easy to become overwhelmed. Upon contacting Lindsay, she asked what we wanted to do and then put together a trip to accomplish it. Making suggestions and eliminating options that didn’t make sense for our particular goals. She made all our dinner reservations which is a must if you want to eat “real” food vs park fast-food. She helped us get tickets to the events we wanted that sell out quickly. She took away all the stress of planning the trip so we could focus on enjoying the trip.

At first, we booked with Disney directly. I had soooo many questions and it was hard to keep calling Disney for answers. I ran across Lindsay on Facebook and took the initiative to contact her. It is always hard to trust when dealing with the online unknown. Lindsay gave us confidence that she was legit. She helped us with numerous questions and offered plenty of suggestions as our trip progressed. I'm already considering a trip to Disneyland in 2026 and would definitely consider seeking the assistance of Lindsay.

While everything seemed overwhelming at first, Lindsay was able to guide us through the process. We told her what we were interested in and she was able to provide ideas with varying price options. What was really helpful was her communication: always easily reachable and patient with explanations.

My husband and I retired in 2024 and 2025 and had promised a retirement trip to WDW, Orlando with our two daughters and five grandkids. Lindsay began assisting us in January 2025 to begin the planning of this Fall 2025 trip to Walt Disney World. Even though, we had been to Disney many times in the past, it had been 10 years since my husband and I had been to Disney and Lindsay helped us navigate the plans in order to get the most value from coordinating the Dining Plan to assisting with the Disney App as well as guiding us through the new Lightning Lane Passes. We appreciate all of her advice and guidance during the 9 months leading up to our trip. She was very responsive and was truly happy to help us in every way before, during and after our trip.
