We went to Cancun a few months ago, and we used Angela as a travel agent. She suggested a few resorts and recommended the one we ended up picking for our family vacation! The kids had a blast and we loved it. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions! We will work with her again.

I first came in contact with Angela through Facebook. She was quick to respond and provided me with several options that might work for us. When we were ready to book, she was prompt to confirm all the details. We booked a 10 day trip to Dreams Puerto Morelos over March Break. Prior to our arrival, she reached out to the property to assist with room location and booking cabanas (which wasn’t an easy task!) She sent us a checklist of what we needed to know prior to our departure and then checked in shortly after our arrival to ensure everything was okay. We really enjoyed the property and loved having our ow cabana. À la carte were good and daily activities fun. Rooms are nice and large. Important to know this property doesn’t have the best beach, which Angela made sure we knew ahead of time. When we had a medical issue with our son towards the end of our trip, she was immediately available to assist us and help to find details and checked in after to see how he was doing. Angela goes above and beyond for her clients pre, during and post trip! She will listen to your needs and help you find what you are looking for! I highly recommend booking with her!

Angela was so great to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so professional. I’m a very experienced traveller and usually book everything myself. I love that Angela respected my experience but shared her knowledge. She was incredibly quick to respond to every question I had and made sure that we were completely prepared for our trip.

Angela had excellent resort recommendations and great tips on what dates to look at to avoid the busiest times and get the best deals. She was quick to respond to my (many) questions and happy to provide pricing updates as needed. We loved her pre-trip reminders, they helped make our travel day go smoothly. Thank you Angela for everything you did to help make girls trip 2026 a great success. From finding the right resort, to adding more travellers, to making sure we got the adults only package, and made sure that we were all together! There was a little bit for everyone! Fun times at the lobby bar, relaxing and rejuvenating on the beach, a fun cateramaran ride, and the perfect view from our room. We felt so confident that if we ran into any issues we knew that you were just a message away if we needed you!! It was so thoughtful of you to check in with us during our stay to ensure we were doing ok given the uncertainty and changes that were happening to other Canadian travellers. We are so thankful to Angela for her ongoing support and advice on our most recent vacation experience which could have ended really badly. Angela was there for us when we needed her with an instant response to our "help" and guidance on how to proceed when our flight to Houston got cancelled due to a freak winter storm.
