Several trips ago I reached out to Brittany when I was feeling overwhelmed with organizing my families Disney Vacation. Brittany took over, made changes based only on our thoughts and input and honestly, set us up for one heck of a great vacation! To date, I have personally used her two other times and recommended her to several friends and all would reach out to her for assistance again. Though our trip for 2017 may need to be cancelled, it did not stop her for applying the recent discounts to our plans, saving us $500 ... on a trip we may not take! Simply put she is the best. Easy to work with, great recommendations, does not push plans, agendas etc she only works within the limits and ideas of the customer. It is great to know that she is also there if things do not go as planned once we are on site! 2018 will bring another lengthy trip and there is only one TA we will use :)

I met Brittany in a Disney group on facebook, we're from different states. She was able to answer all my questions....if not right away then after she found the answer. When I had to make some changes she was very helpful in offering choices as alternatives to my situation.When the free dining deal became available I didn't have to ask her, when I woke up that morning she had already messaged me how much $$ I saved with free dining. I got everything I needed from her and she even checked in with me the morning after my vacation began. I would absolutely recommend her.

Brittany is extremely knowledgeable about Disney and helped us immensely in the planning of our trip. She thought of everything, every detail was considered and planned for. Brittany was always available for questions or anything we needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip!
