Katelyn was thorough about all of the details of our trip. She considered things we never would have, and good thing she did! Anytime we had questions, she always took the time to explain the answer and give us other factors to consider as well. I can’t recommend her enough! Our 7-day trip to Disney World was a smooth success because of her!

Planning a Disney vacation can feel like preparing for a military operation... except with more Mickey ears and snacks. Thankfully, we had Katelyn on our side! From the very beginning, Katelyn made the entire process easy and stress-free. She helped arrange our transportation to and from the airport, found an excellent stroller rental company for the kids, and booked the perfect hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for and in the ideal location, which meant less time walking and more time making memories. She also shared fantastic restaurant recommendations and gave us one piece of advice we'll never forget: don't book large dinner groups. We'll let Katelyn explain the "why," but trust us, listen to her. She knows what she's talking about. As if that wasn't enough, she found an amazing vacation package that included complimentary park passes. Saving money at Disney almost feels like spotting Bigfoot, but somehow Katelyn made it happen. The best part was knowing we didn't have to spend hours researching every little detail. Katelyn had already done the homework and guided us every step of the way. She answered every question, offered great advice, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had the best trip possible. If you're planning a Disney vacation, do yourself a favor and call Katelyn first. Your future self, and probably your feet, will thank you. We know we'll be calling her again for our next Disney adventure!

This was not our first Disney World trip, but it was our first time working with a travel agent — and Katelyn took everything off my plate: all the dining reservations, the whole itinerary, every little detail. I did nothing except show up and enjoy it with my family. Her Disney knowledge saved us from at least a few rookie mistakes even as repeat visitors, and with young kids in our party, having someone that organized in our corner made all the difference. The whole trip was wonderful from start to finish. We'll never plan a Disney trip without her again — highly, highly recommend her.

Katelyn went above and beyond from the bookings to the dinners and the planning of our family trip!! She listened to our wants, needs and expectations for this family trip and she made it happen! I DIDNT have to worry about a thing! She’s an amazing planner and makes sure you are getting the experience you dreamed of!

Katelyn helped us plan and book our cruise to the Bahamas!! It was nice not worry about the little details and when we had any questions or needed help navigating things she was always right there answering the phone call at whatever hour to help break it down for us and let us know what to expect! Not only that but she has had personal experiences with the Virgin cruise ship and was able to give advice and personal input on such a great trip!!
