DESTINATIONS VISITED:Arizona
PLACES VISITED:Phoenix, Scottsdale
SUGGESTED DURATION:4 Days
Three moms took a break from the hustle and bustle of life to enjoy some much needed rest, relaxation and adventure. My sister, friend and I took off our mom hats for 5 amazing days in Scottsdale Arizona.
We backed up our bags with our "WARNING: MOMS OFF DUTY" t-shirts and headed to the Minneapolis airport where we had mimosas to kick the trip off right. Then we boarded our amazing Delta flight and headed to our Oasis in the desert.
We checked in to Hotel Valley Ho and quickly tossed the Ts for our swimsuits and headed to the fabulous pool. We enjoyed our days by the pool with amazing food and drinks.
One of the days we decided to take our adventure to hike at Camelback Mountain.
We took the following day to Old Town where we explored history and had incredible food and drinks.
The last day we took to relax and recharge before heading home to our families.
Arizona, you’re exactly what we needed. ?? #Momcation #ArizonaEscape #DesertVibesOnly

With great music, stylish surroundings, and plenty of space to unwind, it’s the perfect spot for an easy, sun-soaked Scottsdale day.

Camelback Mountain - Morning Hike
We kicked off the morning with a sunrise hike up Camelback Mountain, one of the most iconic peaks in the Valley. We chose to challenge ourselves to the steep Echo Canyon route instead of the slightly smoother Cholla Trail, the climb is challenging but so worth it. The desert views open up fast, and the panoramic overlook at the top is the kind of moment that makes an early wake-up totally worth it.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Challenge yourself to make it to the top and don't forget the selfie!

Girls night at ZuZus
We had a pretty chill day with a morning walk for coffee, pool day with drinks and light bites, then got dressed up and headed out for a girls night out. We chose to enjoy the nice weather and walk to ZuZus. The drinks were flowing, food was amazing and the live music wrapped it up with a nice little bow. Fabulous night out with the girls.
