We had the best family vacation on MSC World American. Abigail took the stress off of me (who is very type A) and handled every detail and answered every question that I had about the cruise. She made sure we were taken care of and not a single detail was missed! Abigail went above and beyond and for that I am forever thankful! This was our first MSC cruise and not our last! We have already booked our next (Alaskan) cruise with Abigail!
