Pauline set up the perfect vacation for us on a Virgin Voyages cruise. I enjoyed everything we did and seen. The people who we met on the cruise were extra nice and they helped me with everything I needed for my accessibility. The meals were all very good, Pauline reserved the restaurants for us, I loved the test kitchen a lot! The Galley had all kinds of food and drinks and the helpers were great! It was always clean, our room was clean and a nice size (accessible sea terrace). The drinks were refreshing and the shows were entertaining. All around great vacation, I would enjoy doing it again and recommend Pauline to pick out the vacation that fits whatever you’re looking for!

It is tough to keep everyone (ages 19, 21, 50, & 55) all happy. El Dorado (Seaside) was what we expected and more. Pauline (agent) was very attentive and helpful when we needed her.

Boarded the cruise ship Virgin Voyage in Miami. Sailed for one day and enjoyed the dining and entertaining shows. The buffets were excellent. Dined at different supper club every evening. The food was excellent, and the service was excellent. Sailed to the grand Turk Islands on the second day and the Bimini island in the Bahamas on the fourth day.

Working with Pauline was the best decision we could have made. From the initial booking as well as the hotel stay the night before - it was 100% worry and stress free. She took care of everything. I had some last minute questions and she answered them almost instantly. We had a snow storm that caused planes to be grounded, so we called her and she had us booked on a flight before we hung up the phone.
