She planned an absolutely amazing, first-class 16 day trip to France for us—Paris and almost the entire Loire Valley, covering 11 major cities, 9 hotels, over 20 events, 20+ wineries, 15+ churches, 15+ castles/châteaux, and even Roman ruins! Every detail was carefully thought out, from flights and trains to our rental car, and even a motorcycle adventure. The itinerary was perfectly logical—we never had to backtrack once, and she even planned walking paths so everything was efficient and easy to navigate. She went above and beyond with personal touches—there were thoughtful notes waiting for us in every hotel room, and she texted us every day to check in. She also arranged lunch and dinner reservations every day at some of the most incredible restaurants and personally sourced them, making every meal a memorable experience. We had two small issues during the trip, and she resolved both within minutes—even though we were 8 hours apart and it was the middle of the night for her! We managed to see almost every major site in Paris and the beautiful towns along the Loire Valley, thanks to her incredible planning. What impressed me most was her patience and flexibility—she listened to all my ideas and adapted the itinerary seamlessly, making the trip perfectly tailored to our interests. We are going to plan all our future trips through Jana… and just to let you know, Italy looks like it is next!
