Melissa planned an anniversary trip to the Caribbean for us and she ensured every little detail was perfect. Highly recommend

We wanted to unwind and relax and we did!!!! Safest island! Nicest people! So much to do around the resort and island! Departure went smoothly! I  recommend for families !!! Thank you very much for booking it for us! I am looking forward to work with you again soon!

First time meeting Melissa AND booking with her was such a pleasure in every aspect. She was on top of all the travel requirements, the bookings, and reservations, etc. She made all our travel needs easy and I felt reassured that all was taken care of. Melissa gave me the best service and the best deal. I've already booked our next trip! Thank you so much for everything Melissa!!!

Melissa went absolutely above and beyond to make our entire travel experience seamless and wonderful! From the moment we started planning, she was incredibly responsive, attentive, and so easy to talk to. She took the time to really understand what we wanted—from excursions to special details—and she delivered on every front. What really stood out was how hands-on she was, even as we were boarding our cruise ship! She was texting to double-check that all our reservations were confirmed and that everything was going smoothly. She explained exactly how she'd handle any issues if they came up (though everything went perfectly thanks to her thorough prep!). Melissa is the kind of travel agent who genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. She made what could’ve been a stressful process feel effortless and fun. We can't thank her enough and will absolutely be booking with her again!

Our trip was perfect from start to finish. Each day was planned so perfectly. Our guides were all so nice and knowledgeable. Our drivers were always on time and got us from one place to the next with much experience. It was truly a magical trip. Melissa our travel agent was great. She planned a perfect trip fit to our needs. She even made dinner reservations for us which turned out to be an amazing culinary experience. I will surely book my next trip and any future trips with Melissa. Melissa along with Kensington Tours did a fantastic job.
