Hands down, Lisa is my cruise vacation planner. She has booked multiple cruises for me with ease, providing details we needed before we knew we even needed them. Any questions or changes I had were handled very swift and thorough. Even when one of the cruises was over and I had questions with a refund, she handled it. Lisa is always a pleasure to work with and handles the travel plans of the busy attorneys I work for. I’ve relied on her for about 10 years in coordinating dozens travel plans and she’s never disappointed me. She responds quickly to my travel inquiries by not only giving me the information on flights I requested but alternative flights that may be a better fit in timing or price. Lisa promptly sends me and my attorneys all updates to itineraries, and she can find the magic line-up of flights to accommodate my attorneys’ sometime crazy schedules. She makes organizing work trips for my attorneys a breeze and I don’t know what I would do without her!

Made our trip hassle free and perfect

We had the opportunity for a trip of a lifetime to spend two weeks in Bavaria. Having worked with Lisa through my job I knew she would be able to make our trip hassle free and perfect. Our hotel was in a perfect location, both for sightseeing as well as easy traveling to and from the airport. Getting the rental car in and out of Munich and then having it to explore the Alpine terrain made these two weeks extra special and full of memories for a lifetime. I will be using her in the future for both domestic and international travel as I do believe there is no one better to understand my specific request requests and to make them a reality.

Lisa was wonderful to work with! Planning a cruise to Mexico for a group of 10 people was no small task, but she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From helping us choose the cruise that best fit our needs to securing rooms close together and arranging hotel accommodations before our departure, she was incredibly helpful every step of the way.

50 year reunion in Hawaii with kids and grandkids

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in Hawaii with our entire family. This included a total of 16 traveling from various locations and staying together on Maui. Lisa found a wonderful condo and secured for separate units for each family within our group. She also arranged all of the air travel and three rental cars on arrival.She was helpful throughout the process and keeping us apprised of modifications in airline schedule. Lisa has been doing all of my travel arrangements for about seven years. Her work for me and my family has been flawless.

My favoritegood trip for my birthday

Lisa helped book my trip to Haifa Israel back in 2006. I was very nervous about what needed to be taken care of besides a plane ticket and how to get from Tel Aviv airport to Haifa? Lisa not only arranged an excellent price ticket but also told me of a train that went directly from Tel Aviv airport straight into Haifa, so I did not need to scour the city for transportation! I got there with no problem on my birthday!
The not so good trip was from Kalispell to JFK airport. That was this year and Lisa had me booked right away with my plane ticket straight into JFK. But then once in Long Island NY, there was a drastic change so that I needed to get out of Long Island NY, unexpectedly, and Lisa had me booked in a very short time and I was able to get back home exactly when I wanted to. She is a great help and I will only go to her for any trip I may be lucky enough to take. I recommend her to anyone who wants a friendly and efficient travel agent.

Anniversary Trip
