Ashley took care of all the planning for us! She makes traveling so much easier!

Ashley was the best travel I have used in years. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She showed us things that I could not find on the internet. I thought I would never do a cruise. She did such a good job, I booked a second cruise with her. We will be using her for our trips abroad.

Ashley Ridgeway has planned several Disney trips for our family, and she is simply the best in the business! What sets Ashley apart is her incredible expertise in helping you make the absolute most of your time in the parks. She mapped out a detailed plan for us and her guidance on Lightning Lanes was a game changer. We never wasted time standing in long lines and got to experience so much more because of her strategy. Her food recommendations were spot on too. Every restaurant and quick-service spot she suggested was a hit with the whole family, and it took all the guesswork out of planning meals around our park days. Ashley handles every detail so you can just relax and enjoy the magic with your family. If you want a Disney trip that runs smoothly from start to finish, do yourself a favor and book with Ashley. We can’t recommend her enough!

Ashley Ridgeway is hands down the best travel planner we’ve ever worked with! She has booked and planned four Disney trips for our family, and every single one has been absolutely fantastic. From the earliest planning stages all the way through the trip itself, Ashley makes the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her expertise, advice, and recommendations are simply invaluable. She handles every detail and tailors each trip to exactly what you and your family are looking for, which makes all the difference when you’re traveling with kids. If you’re planning a trip, do yourself a favor and book with Ashley. You won’t regret it!

I am so thankful to Ashley for all her help in our travels. We’ve been to DisneyWorld, Disneyland, and Universal several times and next up we have an our first Disney Cruise! Each trip has been magical and soooo easy! Her experience as a travel agent and as a mother with 2 kids around my kiddos age, was so valuable and relatable. We had an issues on our first trip where the rental stroller wheel broke. She had a new stroller delivered to the hotel while we continued to have fun at the parks. I’ve recommended probably a dozen people her way and I’ll continue to do so. Ashley is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us and our many questions! You can’t go wrong booking with Ashley! I know I look forward to many more trips booked under her TLC!

Ashley took care of everything and the family had a blast.

We have used Ashley for all of our Disney trips and we wouldn’t do it any other way! She is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. It’s so nice to not have to worry about all the details of the trip because she’s got it covered! I highly recommend her!!

Ashley- we will forever be grateful for all the attention to detail and consideration for each of the family members, in particular the grandchildren. We will cherish the memories of this trip for a lifetime. I could not have pulled it off without you

Ashley helped book our two trips to Universal Studios. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Orlando area as well as the parks (including park attractions, food, entertainment and hotels). She was very timely in answering all of our many questions. She provided tips and tricks and helped navigate the parks and our hotels. With her help, the trip was seamless so that we could focus on the fun at the parks and not worry about other things. Will continue to rely on Ashely for future trips to Orlando as well as other vacations she helps coordinate (we are thinking of Hawaii or a cruise next). Thank you Ashely!!

My husband & I decided to honeymoon at Disney world. We looked into booking it/planning it ourselves and realized we had no idea what we were doing & it was going to be way out of our price range! Ashley was recommended to us by a family member and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to give us all of the accommodations we needed. Ashley also had multiple deals and ways to save that she helped us with and we were able to travel for HALF the cost we planned for. She also surprised us with some chocolates that we received when we checked in. We didn’t have to worry about anything for our honeymoon and it was overall the best experience. I will never book a Disney vacation without her!

Ashley is an incredible planner, and makes traveling easy! With our large group, we were able to get great reservations and accommodations. She thought of every detail. I won’t take a big trip like that without Ashley planning it! We loved working with her!

Ashley is excellent! Very detailed, responds to questions quickly and offers suggestions to enhance your traveling experience. She really is a gem in the traveling world!

Ashley helps with very phase of your trip planning and follows through with reservations, transfers, and is always available to answer questions and provide guidance. She has helped us with several trips to Disney, at least 3 Globus bus/cruise trips, a Jamacia beach trip, and a Viking trip. She checks in with you to make sure everything goes well and will advocate for you if there is a problem. I have recommended her to several of our friends.

Ashley is the absolute best. Her attention to detail. Her knowledge every time we approach her with so many ideas floating in our heads of possible future travels. She giver her two-sense but doesnt discourage you. We value her opinions and experiences to help us in deciding our next adventure. She is thorough and full of information. She follows up right until embarkation/check in and again after the trip. She makes sure everything is in order and we have all the details and information we need. She truly is one of a kind and we will continue to book our future travels with her.

Ashley is truly the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with. She has planned everything for my family — cruises, all-inclusive vacations, and even Disney — and every single trip has been seamless. She’s incredibly informative and makes sure we’re fully prepared by sending helpful reminder emails leading up to each vacation. What really sets her apart is the care she puts into every detail. She checks in before we leave, keeps us updated throughout the planning process, and even calls afterward to see how everything went. That level of thoughtfulness is unmatched. If you want someone who is organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your experience, Ashley is the one. I can’t recommend her enough.

Thank you for making our trip to Universal Orlando Epic Universe so great. Everything was set up so good and it’s so nice to not have to worry about anything when you arrive.

Ashley is so amazing to work with. She makes herself available at all times to assist in any way possible. She is so passionate about what she does. She worked hard to coordinate this trip with my cousins from around the country. We had the best time ever!

Ashley is always so helpful when it comes to planning our Disney trips. From dining to special experiences, she organizes and plans it all. Very thankful for all of her help over the years!

Ashley planned a surprise Disney trip for our Family and a European River Cruise. She planned, arranged all flights, hotels, and helped with excursions. Ashley will be arranging our 25th Anniversary adventure!!!

I always wanted to go to Disney World. For my retirement my family surprised me with a family vacation to my dream destination. With Ashley’s expert advice the trip was a dream come true. From starting the process, arranging transportation from the airport to the resort and back, making dinner reservations, offering so many helpful hints, checking us in our resort, making sure we knew how to reach her at any time in case there were issues, answering ALL my questions , she helped make sure the trip was MY DREAM and more! I recommend Ashley to all my friends so they can have their dream trip too

Ashley is so very knowledgeable and attentive to detail!! We have used her multiple times and she has always taken great care of us. I highly recommend her!

Ashley booked a trip to Mexico for my sister and me. My sister and I are so busy with daily life (work, family, children) that we wanted a really hands off approach to planning. Ashley asked a lot of great questions about our expectations for the trip and presented us with a range of fantastic locations. We were able to easily pick what worked best for us and had no stress of researching and guessing if we would be satisfied with our choice. Ashley took the stress out of planning and made our experience with her so enjoyable.

Ashley is well versed in cruising! We have used her to book 5 cruises for us (and theme park tickets, too). She's is so sweet, well informed, quick to respond, and makes the booking process a breeze!

Ashley helped our family plan a trip to Disney World. The trip was also to celebrate our grandchildren’s 9th birthdays (twins). She did an amazing job from start to finish! Everything was perfect! We were able to get reservations at every first choice restaurant and event. She was even available for help at the parks via email/text when we had a major mishap. I would highly recommend Ashley if you are planning a family vacation!
