I am not the most experienced traveller, and travelling with our four year-old for the first time was a very daunting idea.

Marlene was aboslutely AMAZING. After some unhelpful experiences with other agents, we are SOOOOO happy we reach out to Marlene. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. Planning a honeymoon is such a special time, and she made the entire process feel effortless and stress-free.
Even after we booked and we then we had an unfortunate airline change with Air Canada affecting our honeymoon package, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us navigate everything. She handled the situation so professionally, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. Her knowledge and experience truly showed, she had answers to every question and solutions ready before we even had to ask.
We have not gone on the honeymoon at Sandals Resorts we booked yet but she was very knowedgable on all things Sandals and connected us to packages and options at the resort.

Honeymoon and Anniversary in Paradise

My wife and I found Marlene through a Google search for Sandals credited travel agents in the GTHA. We had just come from a pretty bad experience with a sleazy travel agent and were a little apprehensive.
Within an hour, Marlene and responded to our initials inquiries and gone far and above the expected effort level for what we were searching.
Marlene made booking our trip to Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines simple and easy. Everything was taken care of between the airline and the hotel. All instructions, paperwork, and suggestions for things to do in country and the resort were clearly laid out and within our possession well in advance of leaving.
We did have some issues at the resort arise while we were there and Marlene was exceptional in helping communicate with Sandals sales department and the hotel management. Our issues were addressed almost immediately.
My wife and I will work with Marlene every opportunity we have moving forward. I would highly recommend reaching out to her if you're planning a vacation of any kind.

She also researched pricing and availability for upgrades and suggested different islands to think about when we decide to book. Marlene was an absolute saviour in helping us pick the place we wanted to travel to in Mexico. We needed some guidance and input about what resort to choose and Marlene was able to help us. We gave her the criteria that we were looking for and what was most important to us on the trip (fishing, close to airport, safe to explore the surrounding cities, good restaurants…etc) and man did she deliver. Many agents had sent me a lot of generic all inclusives that everyone seems to know about but, she went above and beyond and showed us places we didn’t even know were an option. We ended up booking on the pacific side of Mexico and away from the heavily populated / touristy areas and we couldn’t have been more happy! We only found this area and resort because of her! She did this for us out of the kindness of her heart, just offering advice, as she was not yet certified. Marlene helped us book a wonderful vacation starting with great seats on the plane with a private shuttle awaiting us at the airport in Cancun. Upon arrival of our resort Eldorado seaside the Palms did not disappoint! Marlene’s recommendation of our room location was spot on!
All staff were friendly and professional, resort was clean, food was fabulous!
