I titled this trip the best Birthday Celebration because that is what my sorority sister said every day of the trip. From the beginning Shirl was very attentive and provided great details on the adult only all inclusive resorts available during our requested time. We were very specific about staying at a resort that had a nightlife and daily engaging activities. It was important to celebrate each day and that is what Shirl found at Breathless Cancun. Not only did she find the perfect resort, she made sure transportation to and from were taken care of in advance. She also I formed the hotel that we were celebrating a birthday and to our surprise on my friends birthday, room service places a Happy Birthday sash on the door and had a birthday dessert waiting on the inside. It was clear that Shirl had not missed one detail while coordinating our trip. Most importantly Shirl was courteous, communicative, engaging and excited about our upcoming trip. She made sure to check in at the beginning and end of the trip to make sure that all of our needs were met. I will definitely book more travel with Shirl and share with others.

From the beginning of this request, Shirley dove right in to ensure that I was able to get what was needed for the trip. She checked several times and flights to ensure that all was coordinated well. Has a challenge with the hotel charging my card for the room and she was able to get them to reverse the charges in a timely manner and get the full amount taken care of.

Birthday trip was amazing, different theme every night, food was on point. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. This was resort was not what we expected, but surprisingly, everything we needed and enjoyed
