Kelly was AMAZING at helping us plan our trip to Disneyland! She was incredibly patient with us as we figured out our last minute travel needs. She sent easy to interpret comparisons of our choices for hotels, flights, etc, made it so much easier to make each decision! She even sent us a Park Crowd chart to help us pick which days to go--- did not even know that was a thing! Once we had our plans set, she made a thoughtful example itinerary and mailed it to us with some cute stickers and a signature book for the kids! We were blown away! Once we got to Disney I was thrilled by the car service she had chosen which picked us up from the Airport with car seats installed and just the nicest driver - a million times better than an uber or renting a car! She knew all the tricks including the early entry and Lightning passes (which she called and went over with us before the trip so we were on top of it). And she checked in on us while we were there and even helped us add an additional day in the Park because we were having so much fun! Our kids had the best time (5 year old and 18 month old) and we could not have done any of it without Kelly - we'll be using her for all our trips moving forward! Highly recommend!!!

I changed my mind about plans at least 3 or 4 times for our Disney trip and Kelly was amazing talking me through options and making the changes. She helped secure us everything we wanted to do and gave helpful transportation and packing tips as well. She checked in at the time of our trip and made it known she was available if we needed anything. I highly recommend using Kelly for your trip planning!

Kelly took care of everything for our corporate group trip from start to finish. She was so helpful, thorough and responsive throughout the entire process. I had the framework in place for my trip, but I was completely overwhelmed with the detailed planning. Kelly to the rescue!! Not only was she a joy to work with, but she also had many great ideas and truly helped make my vision a reality. I had a very last-minute and major change to my itinerary and I was embarrassed to call her to tell her, but she didn't blink an eye. She helped me cancel/re-book/etc. and was so kind and understanding about it. She really listened to what we wanted to do and helped us get the most out of our precious time together. She was also in touch multiple times while we were on our trip to provide help, offer reminders, and to check-in on us. I can't wait to use Kelly again for our next trip...she is the BEST!!
