We started working with Kelly about 18 months before our trip. She was super helpful always guiding us and giving us great information. She was awesome with details and listened to everything we wanted to do and incorporated them into our plans. I had the framework in place for my trip, but I was completely overwhelmed with the detailed planning. Kelly to the rescue!! Not only was she a joy to work with, but she also had many great ideas and truly helped make my vision a reality. I had a very last-minute and major change to my itinerary and I was embarrassed to call her to tell her, but she didn't blink an eye. She helped me cancel/re-book/etc. and was so kind and understanding about it. She really listened to what we wanted to do and helped us get the most out of our precious time together. Kelly helped us plan an amazing family trip to Austria. We traveled as a group of five, so the sleeping situation was daunting but she found roomy accommodations that allowed for all of us to be comfortable and close to each other. Kelly also found great airfare and helped book many train tickets to help us get around easily. I would highly recommend her services.
