From the first call to Heather, I knew that she was a great match for me! She was excited about our trip! She listened to everything that I wanted and then made it happen! She had the quote for me within 24 hours!! It was so easy to confirm and pay the deposit and Heather helped me with my technical difficulties!! She sent everything to me by mail so I had it all on hand! The important parts were all highlighted which made it very simple to read! I reached out to Heather with a couple of questions and she got right back to me! Communication was great! She checked in with me before the trip to see if there was anything else we needed and also while we were there just to let us know she was available. She checked in again after the trip to make sure everything was perfect and it was!!! The vacation was AMAZING!!! Riu Palace Montego Bay was beautiful! Nice rooms, super clean, the people were so nice! It's definitely more laid-back than it's sister hotels which is exactly what we wanted so that was great! They still had awesome entertainment everyday! The food and drinks were also fabulous! Club Mobay was a lifesaver when we arrived!!! 10/10 recommend for anyone going to Jamaica! The guy was amazing and got us through customs and baggage claim so fast! The Departures lounge was so nice!!! Easy to navigate! Great place to relax before catching your flight home! The drinks we good and the food was delicious! Amstar was also super easy! We walked out and straight onto a bus! No wait! Then we did book an excursion through them and it was the best time!!!! Pick up at the hotel yesterday was perfect! Everything about this trip was seamless and stress free!!! The perfect vacation!!! Thank you so much for organizing everything!!! We're so happy with everything from start to finish! Can't say enough good things!!!

Heather was wonderful to work with. She immediately prioritized her time to help us book a trip to Portugal, quickly pulling together multiple travel options. We tweaked our trip many times and she was patient and flexible in our changing agendas!
