Heather has always helped us from the start of experiences to the end. We go monthly in the winter time and she always assures we get the correct flights and the timer we want. She also makes sure we get the correct seats on our flights. We needed to fly home last month and with one phone call, she took care of everything. It was much appreciated.

Heather worked with us & kept us up to date on all information. She worked and got the complete trip just like we had asked for, including airport, airline, time of departure, time of arrival to destination, and, of course, the all-inclusive resort.
