Kendra was great! Took care of everything for us, including the transportation back and forth between the airport and hotel. We stayed at the Grotto Bay Resort, which was the only all-inclusive resort in Bermuda. Kendra really did a great job booking this fantastic vacation for us that included delicious food and drinks, paddle boarding and kayaking, lively entertainment, a pool and private beach, etc.... We’ll definitely go back and when we do, Kendra will be the one we’ll be calling!

Kendra is amazing! Knows what you want before you know yourself. Set us up with shuttle service to and from the hotel. I didn’t even know they did that!

I would highly recommend Kendra as your travel agent! She helped with every detail of our trip, not one thing was missed. My family and I had the most amazing trip of our lives, I couldn’t have been happier with our experience and Kendra’s thoughtful and detailed guidance along the way. Kendra booked us an all-inclusive stay at Grotto Bay in Bermuda, in June 2018. We had an amazing time and Kendra made everything so easy. She was great to work with!! It was such a nice trip in fact, that we’ve just had Kendra book us a second trip back to Grotto Bay this coming July for our 25th anniversary??. We also just completed our first Virgin Voyages cruise that Kendra had booked for us this past November out of Miami, with stops in Mexico and the Bahamas. We loved the fact that the cruise line is adults only. The food was amazing! We did the Rock Star package and absolutely loved our room and deck, and the service was outstanding. We’re looking forward to booking another one in 2026 or 2027!! Contact Kendra for your vacation needs….she is great!!

The best trip of our lives!

I had not been in a cruise in a long time since I was very young with my family, I thought booking this trip would be so hard and would make me not want to go on this trip anymore. But with the help of Kendra I had the best trip ever! She assured me that she would take care of everything and that all I had to do was have fun which is exactly what I did. I never had to worry about if my booking went through properly or if I input the wrong information because Kendra would send me an an email to confirm everything was right before submitting it. This was my first time going on virgin voyages and because of her excellent service I booked another cruise with her ad my travel agent and I wouldn’t pick anyone else she is by far the best and I highly recommend having her as your travel agent for whatever you need!

A Truly Great Experience

Owning our own business, this was our first "true" vacation in over 20 years. We wanted to see Disney World, especially Animal Kingdom ... just the two of us. Kendra was wonderful ... patient, responsive and resourceful. She took the time to explain the details of the trip to us (who hadn't traveled for quite some time) and on her own even rebooked our stay when a special pricing opportunity came along that saved us $450. We had a fantastic time, everything worked out perfectly and we WILL be going back in 2 years. Needless to say, we will be contacting Kendra when the planning starts!
