Dawn is the absolute best travel agent. We’ve been on 4 amazing European vacations, all to several countries with multiple transfers, tours and excursions. Every hotel, guide, and experience has been fantastic and luxurious. She has saved me multiple vacation days by handling changed flights for my family. I can spend more time with them than on the phone with airlines. She’s always available, and she takes so much of her time planning our “trip(s) off a lifetime.” I recommend her to all of my friends. She’s fantastic!

From the very beginning of planning my 60th birthday celebration in Cancun, Mexico, through the actual celebration weekend, Dawn was there every step of the way booking my guest from differnt states and cities. She made what could have been a stressful process of coordinating a large group feel effortless and enjoyable. With Dawn's guidance, I selected the perfect resort, and it exceeded all of my expectations. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing amenities, beautiful accommodations, event spaces, delicious food, refreshing cocktails, and the overall atmosphere. The entire experience was everything I envisioned and more. Leading up to the celebration, Dawn received countless calls, texts, and emails from both me and my guests regarding payments, room reservations, resort details, and travel questions. No matter the request, she was always available, responsive, professional, and gracious. Her patience, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service gave us complete peace of mind. Since my birthday celebration in May 2025, several of my friends have become Dawn's clients, and they have all been equally impressed with her exceptional travel expertise and top-notch service. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated travel professional. Thank you, Dawn, for helping make my milestone birthday celebration a truly unforgettable experience! A very happy and grateful client! ??
