Two flawless vacations to Mexico!
Reviewed By Karen - Rogers,MN | Traveled to Cozumel ~ Quintana Roo ~ Mexico
From booking pre travel to post travel she was excellent. We have booked with her twice and each time was perfect! Both vacations were to Mexico and she is very knowledgeable about trip planning! She is extremely easy to work with and always responds to inquiries in a very timely manner! She made us aware of the transfers so our ride to the resort and back was pleasurable! She mailed us travel itineraries prior to departure again made the travel flawless. Our first booking was for a family of 14 from 2 different departing airports and we had NO issues. She is great to work with and dependable! I would recommend Louann to any traveler!
Louann Olsen responded

Fun with Friends vacation
Trip was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely worth it and wonderful! The resort was outstanding! It was a little frustrating not being able to get in to restaurants (wait times of over an hour) so by default went to buffet -which was very good, but only had 2 non-buffet meals due to the inconvenience. One awesome gesture they did to accommodate our large group was on our last night with 14 there they set up a huge table just outside of the Italian restaurant. We had such a great time that we found out we had a reputation of the “Minneapolis” group by the last couple days. I would go back to this resort! Top notch!

Group Travel Success!
The trip couldn't’ have been any more awesome. Secrets Capris .... The food, and service was awesome…. The fitness center is huge, and they had crossfit classes, yoga, all kinds of things. Seriously, it was by far my most favorite hotel and I’ve been to the Secrets Silver Sands, Moon/Sun and Cancun palace and a few others……We would totally go back there in a heartbeat. Loved it!!! You were awesome. We will let you know what we want to do for our next adventure. It will most likely be an annual event going forward. Thank you for everything!
