Joy Kennelly has hosted all of the activities I’ve attended, beginning with a small gathering to learn more about cruises. I recently used Joy’s travel agent service to plan a trip to Austin, Texas, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish the city-tour experience was outstanding. What impressed me most was the thoughtful approach to planning. Rather than simply providing a generic itinerary, I was presented with multiple curated options for things to do and see throughout Austin. This gave me plenty of choice and control over ‘what to do’ while still benefiting from her local expertise and knowledge. Joy’s confidence was meaningfully enjoyable to be a part of.
