I highly recommend Emily! We have booked two trips with her and both were amazing! Our first trip was to Universal and our most recent trip was to Walt Disney World. She helped with all components of our trip including a scooter and stroller rental, and travel protection. Highly recommend!

Just returned from our 5 day Royal Caribbean, Freedom of the Seas, cruise and had the best time. Thank you Emily for planning the trip for us and making sure everything went smooth. We will utilize her services on our next trip.

This was an amazing trip. It wouldn’t have gone so well if it wasn’t for Emily, she gave us a ton of details on things to do to make the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting Disney World.

Emily was excellent to work with and made planning our Disney cruise so easy! She was always prompt to answer any questions and always sent reminder emails with tips before things like online check in opened. She was so knowledgeable and gave us a stress free vacation. Highly recommend working with her!

Emily helped make our vacation to Disney World the smoothest possible! My husband and I both used to work for the mouse, but we hadn’t been in nearly a decade, and there have been so many changes to WDW in the past ten years that my husband and I were overwhelmed UNTIL we connected with Emily. She quickly got us up to speed on everything we had missed, and she provided much needed information and guidance during our planning period. She helped us snag whatever discounts we could get, and she made all our dining reservations for us. We highly recommend Emily to anyone considering a cruise, theme-park trip, all-inclusive resort, etc. This trip wouldn’t have been the same without her!! Thank you, Emily!! ??

Emily was such an amazing travel agent. She went above and beyond and helped us to have an amazing trip! As someone who didn’t know much about Disney, she helped answer all of my questions and helped guided my trip with ease. Highly recommend using Emily! I know we will from now on! We have already booked our next adventure with her!

We’ve had several changes to our cruise and she made them happen in a timely manner. Also explains a lot of things which is helpful for a new cruiser. She also sends recommendations and notifications nearing the check-in date. Even if we are way apart in our timezones I always get a swift response from her. Planning our first cruise was a breeze!

Emily helped us months before we arrived: she walked us through questions via email and on the phone. And, she helped us while we were at the Disney World parks! We were standing in line for an attraction and didn't know how to handle the dinner reservation... she responded to our email within two minutes. Definitely recommend!

I found Emily via a Google search as I wanted help planning my families trip to Universal. I was having a hard time figuring out how to order the tickets since we were crossing over into the new year. I told Emily what we wanted to do with 2 nights at Hard Rock and 3 nights at Helios. She figured out how to make the tickets work for my family and it was seamless. We had an amazing vacation and I highly recommend Emily to make vacation planning stress free!

Emily is amazing! She is so sweet and accommodating while always remaining 100% professional. Every trip has been well planned down to the most minute detail. There have been absolutely no problems!!! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone for any trip!

Emily has planned several trips for us now, including Disney, Universal and an Alaskan cruise. Her insights have made each of these trips so much easier and she did all the heavy lifting making calls for reservations and making sure we had everything we need. So grateful for her help, I wish I had started using her years ago!

This was a wonderful trip. Emily's attention to detail ensured that everything went smoothly.

I want to thank you for all the help on our recent vacation you made it a wonderfully easy trip and we were able to enjoy ourselves without all of the planning stress!

Emily helped us plan THE PERFECT vacation to celebrate our 20th anniversary. From the outset, she was attentive to our requests and took care of all the details. On the morning of our trip, we encountered some travel delays. I sent one quick text to her and she stepped in and took care of everything for us, helping us find new flights and changing our transfer from the airport to the resort. It was so nice having her take care of the details while we focused on getting to another airport for our flights. We will definitely be working with Emily again to plan our 2026 adventure for my 50th bday. Thank you, Emily!!!

Emily helped to make our daughter’s 1st Disney trip so wonderful! From start to finish, she was very quick and thorough in answering any of my questions. We ran into a few small hiccups after arrival, and she remedied them quickly for us handling everything for us on our behalf. We truly had a magical time & will use Emily again and again for all of our magical vacations!

My Grandmother's dream was to send my mom & her grandchildren to Disney & she made it come true. She assigned in her will the money for the trip of a lifetime! My mother, my husband my 3 children plus 2 fiances. Not even knowing we're to begin Emily was assigned to be our Disney travel guide. From traveling to get there to our stay at the amazing Animal Kingdom lodge, park hopper passes, RV parking, scooter rentals, Universal studios & meal planning she was there every second of the way! Even when we arrived & of course I had plenty of confusion & questions she immediately responded with guidance! We will never forget our time. 3 birthday boys, 3 first timers an engagement in front of the castle, a Momma with her whole family, a Gram Gram wishes come true & Emily made it all happen with ease!

Emily helped me plan a very impromptu honeymoon. She worked within the budget I requested and took care of all bookings and transfers. The resort sadly was overrun with seaweed which made the beaches unusable, but the pools, food, and entertainment were very nice!

We have used Emily to help navigate all of our Disney Adventures thus far! She has been extremely easy to work with and have guided our vacations to make everything run smoothly! Her guides made my planning simple and kept things moving so our 8 year old could live out his best days! I highly recommend Emily and know we will continue to use her for our adventures!

Emily Russell is AMAZING!!!! She planned our trip to Walt Disney World and we could not have asked for a better experience. Emily was always available to answer any of my questions and I will definitely be using her again for my next trip.

We were so fortunate to have Emily to guide us through our adventure. My husband and I decided to plan a once in a lifetime Florida experience and to include 5 days at Disney World. From the first inquiry to the last day of our trip, Emily helped us navigate the 4 Disney Parks with tips and suggestions and always with infinite patience and humor. Her suggestion for our resort choice was perfect and she made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you so much, Emily!

I was looking to do something very intentional with my young adult daughter to celebrate her recent accomplishments and a trip to Disney/Universal sounded like a lot of fun. That being said, as a special education teacher, trying to find time to plan such a trip during the holidays, I am not talented enough for all that. You know who is, Emily! This is an incredible service that Emily does exceptionally well. After a few moments of speaking with Emily, you understand that she has a passion for what she does and a joy for....well, making dreams come true??. Emily is willing to walk you through the whole process and answer any of your questions, regardless of how silly you may think they are. Emily also understands how overwhelming this can be, especially if this is your first time. This is a free service, which is amazing and Emily gives you the five-star treatment. She even sent us a Bon-Voyage package that was so appreciated and truly came in handy, several times! You are not loosing

We had Emily book our cruise for 12 people! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout the whole process. We absolutely LOVE working with Emily! She is so knowledgeable on all things Disney. She helped make our vacation planning a breeze! Emily helped plan a Universal Trip to Orlando for my family. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, and she was able to get me a better deal than I could find on my own. We had an absolute blast and would definitely let her plan a future vacation for us!

I just got home from a 2 week Disney cruise from Australia to Hawaii. It was 100% the best time of my life. We could not have planned it without Emily. Every recommendation she made we followed, her knowledge and expertise was key to making our trip perfect. She responded promptly with all questions, was very upfront with all pricing, made reservations for us and got us an extra credit to spend on the cruise. Consider yourself blessed to have her plan your next trip. Cannot wait to use her services again!!

My husband and decided to finally take our kids to Disney World after a few years of their begging! We put off our trip and made excuses but it ultimately came down to the fact that we didn't know where to start! It’s had been years since my husband and I went to Disney and the task seemed very daunting. That’s when Emily stepped in and planned it all for us! She made it so incredibly easy where we didn’t have to worry about anything. She went out of her way to plan this vacation for us: from phone calls on a Sunday, sending our kids a care package with their favorite Disney goodies, and even going above and beyond to take care of us when Hurricane Milton took place during our stay! I can’t express how helpful and amazing Emily was during the whole process. I am forever grateful because she played a vital role in making the best family vacation and the memories my kids will hold onto forever. (They still talk about our trip 7 months later and want to look at pictures.) Call Emily to he

Emily was great to work with and would recommend her to anyone planning a vacation! She made booking our cruise a breeze! She answered all my questions promptly, even when I texted her while we were on the ship! Our trip was amazing, all thanks to her!

We loved our Disney trip with a stay at Port Orleans. Having Emily plan our vacation took all of the stress out of planning for Disney. She booked all of our restaurant reservations and gave us great disney tips.

We, along with kids and grandkids, took a trip to Disney World and Universal during the holidays in 2024. Emily assisted us with reservations, answered questions, and even helped us with the app was being wanky. We appreciaed the time she took in order to reserve meals for 8 of us.

Going to Disney AND planning a Disney cruise in the same vacation period was overwhelming. I did not even know where to begin. Emily seriously came in from the very beginning and put my mind at ease and took all the stress away. She walked us through every step, answered numerous questions, priced out many options that met our family needs best. When it came time to actually booking, Emily felt like our magical button, all we had to do was let her know what we wanted and she made it happen. It was so easy to work with her. She had the best communication, so fast with the replies too! We loved her tips and tricks for the parks and the cruise! She always felt like we could reach out with anything.

Emily is a wonderful travel agent. She responds fast and listens to our wishes and no request is too small! She’s super easy to work with and I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Emily!

We have been to Orlando on vacation multiple times. Planning everything ourselves. The last several trips we have used Emily. She made it fun and worked with use to take our trip to the next level. If she was available as a tour guide we would book her.

Emily went above and beyond to make sure our bucket list vacation was wonderful! We enjoyed a 7 day cruise experience aboard the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas ship. Not only did Emily help make sure we were taken care of on the ship, but she also helped organize excursions at the ports including Seattle, Ketchikan, Sitka, Juneau, and Victoria. Emily was always great with communication and making sure we were enjoying our vacation. She even gave us a bon voyage gift! I would (and have) highly recommend Emily to friends and family, and use her free services for future vacations!

We were Disney newbies! I had more questions that you can imagine! And Emily had an answer for every single one!! My favorite part was her pre-prepared PDF of meals and coffee locations by park!

Have traveled on DCL since 2014 and not until last year did, we ever engage or work with a travel agent and/or advisor. The Best thing we have ever done. Emily is conscientious, cheerful, and dependable, always there to answer any questions as silly as they may be. She also provides you with onboard credits which you will not get if you book directly with Disney. We enjoy working with Emily and highly recommend her to cruisers.

We had a wonderful time on WDW anniversary vacation. Emily was so helpful and informative. She handled all of our trip accommodations, park tickets, and reservations. We would have been lost without her.

Emily has helped our family plan multiple Disney trips. All we have to do is email her our dates and what we want to include, and she takes care of the rest. She is always on the lookout for the best deals, and helped us upgrade to a deluxe Disney resort on our last trip.

Emily does all the work in planning our vacations. She keeps us up to date in the process so we always know what’s going on. She gives us tips on things she knows we don’t want to miss. She helps us get the most out of our Disney and cruise vacations.

Working with Emily was an amazing experience. She is knowledgeable and shares great tips and tricks with clients. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend her to family and friends planning a Disney, Universal, or cruise vacation.

First cruise is in the books! Emily handled the headache of it all — the booking, reservations, etc. I was able to just board the ship and enjoy the trip!

Emily was fantastic at guiding us through a perfect day in Disneyland and DCA! She was knowledgeable about the parks, lightning lanes, food destinations (inside the parks and outside). I would highly recommend using her for your traveling services to anyone, as our trip was made perfect by working with her!
