Our recent African Safari in Tanzania was truly the trip of a lifetime — and we owe so much of its success to our amazing travel advisor, Lisa. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized and thorough, making every step of the process easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent — quick, clear, and patient — no matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!). She stayed on top of every detail, including making sure our visas were secured on time and even walking us through questions on the application. She scheduled Zoom calls throughout the planning process, including a final pre-trip meeting to review the full itinerary. The detailed travel documents she provided were exceptional — we knew exactly what to expect and how to navigate our 29 hours of travel with multiple connections. And made sure we had contact information if any issues came up during the trip. From start to finish, Lisa delivered high-touch, concierge-level service and coordinated seamlessly with the tour operator. We felt completely supported and confident every step of the way. This was the first time I used a travel advisor for trip planning. I'd definitely engage her services for future trips and highly recommend her.

Epic United Kingdom Adventure 2025

Our trip was detailed and complicated, consisting of six adult family members, traveling for 12 days in 5 different cities covering over 1500 miles, and needing three hotel rooms every night. Bucket List Cruise to Alaska!!!

I have been wanting to take a trip to Alaska for awhile now, but planning it was daunting with having to fly across the country and stay a few days in Seattle and then board a ship in a unfamiliar city. Lisa, however, made it so much less daunting! She helped us book the cruise, book flights and navigate having to travel with an unexpected need for a wheel chair. Lisa also helped us connect with a company when we had to obtain a new wheelchair in a unfamiliar city, hours from home with us due to board our cruise in less than 48 hours. She is amazing at her job and so kind and helpful! I would highly recommend Lisa for anyone who is traveling. She helps make everything run so much more smother. Lisa has helped us with multiple vacations now and I look forward with working with her again in the future.

Our Honeymoon

Lisa was amazing! I really lucked out in getting a friend to send me her contact. I wanted to go to Crete specifically, but other than that a lot of my trip was somewhat open-ended. I called her in April for my honeymoon in August. She did an amazing job of listening to me and what I wanted out of the trip and turning that into an actual plan and booking places to stay. She was highly communicative, proactive, understanding, everything you would want in an agent. She took care of the essentials (hotel, car, flights), but wasn't overbearing with smaller details as I was also juggling the stress of wedding planning. The big things were booked in April when I first engaged her, then some of the smaller trips, dinners, etc. she helped with in June/July. The timing and rate of her emails/communications was perfect. She held a zoom meeting with my wife and I a week before we left to be sure we had everything taken care of before the trip. I had never used an agent before and she set a high bar! Would easily recommend to anyone.

Lisa was very organized and thorough in planning our recent trip to Oahu. It is the first trip she has planned for us, but it will not be the last. When we first spoke to her we were not even sure of the destination we wanted. She asked us a lot of questions and made some suggestions and we were able to decide on our destination. Our trip to Alaska

We called Lisa a couple months before we wanted to cruise and she was right on top of it! She not only got staterooms for all 8 of us, with 1 being adjoining, but all next to each other. It was amazing. She was on top of every detail. Lisa took care of sending us complete information regarding everything what we had to pack for an Alaskan cruise. She actually helped us with every aspect of our trip…ie: assisted us in ordering our medallions, excursion advice and was always available to answer all of our questions(even the ridiculous ones). We would highly recommend her to book and take care of you for your next adventure/vacation. You won’t regret it!

Lisa helped us book our 1st cruise to Alaska last year, and everything was so great that we knew we would go to Lisa again to book our next cruise. Lisa listened to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do and came up with a number of options for us. She had great tips for excursions, dining options, and even places to visit at the ports. Italy for the 7th time and I still needed help!

Lisa was so very helpful in planning our family trip to Italy in April. It was my 17-year-old son's first time, and I wanted it to be a trip of a lifetime. While I have been to Italy many times and had an idea of where I wanted to take him (with his input of course), booking accommodations and dealing with tours is still challenging even after having traveled there many times before. That is where Lisa was able to deal with the details when I gave her an outline, which took a lot of stress off of me. She was meticulous with following up with landlords, hotels, car rentals, excursions and kept it all very organized to ensure that when we got there, there was no stressing.
