It was our first time cruising and ShaKeia made our experience hands down one of our favorite family trips. She handled everything and prepared us for possible motion sickness.

I’m going to be honest—this is our second time using Team Reese Travels, and at this point, I don’t want to travel any other way. I like to enjoy my trips, not stress over them, and they took care of everything. Flights, excursions, timing… all of it. And not just thrown together—they really paid attention to what we like and planned things around that. The excursions were perfect for us. Nothing felt random, and nothing felt rushed. We actually got to enjoy each experience and still have time to relax, which is important to me. What stood out the most was how prepared we were. You don’t get that everywhere. At this point, we’re not even planning trips anymore. We just gave them a list of destinations and said, “line it up.” Outstanding service. No stress. Just a great experience. I highly recommend them.

We were a large group of 16 traveling together for a cruise. Some first timers were with us. The Celebrity Eclipse is a beautiful ship. There were activities day and night for everyone. The food was good. I could always find something that I enjoyed eating. I could always find a seat on deck and in the solarium. I enjoyed my time.

This was a last minute booking for us, but from the beginning Team Reese made sure everything went well. There was an issue with an $50 onboard credit that wasn't reflecting in our account. She was able to resolve the issue for us. She kept in touch from booking to completion of the trip in am effort to make sure we had the best vacation. They even surprised us with breakfast while on board. She was very responsive when I reached out with questions. A Great Experience

This was my first-time planning any solo trip, let alone a solo cruise. ShaKeia was very patient with me and was readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She helped to make planning my trip as seamless as possible for me, so I can work on worrying about my daily life and other things. Everything went according to plan and my mind was blown away by the service provided. She even contacted me on my trip to remind me to put my phone in airplane mode to avoid any extra charges. It's the little things like that, that shows she cared beyond just booking my trip!
