I searched for a travel professional to help plan a trip for me and my daughter for Christmas. I reached out to Mitzi to help plan the perfect Christmas vacation. From the moment she replied to my email, it seemed she worked nonstop to gather information and pricing for me. From flights and lodging to rental car and activities, she had information on everything and worked to get me the best rates. If I had any questions, it was never more than a day to get a reply rates. Knowing it was just going to be me and my teen daughter traveling alone, she went above and beyond to check in and make sure we made it to the destination and also checking in after our arrival home. She even kept me updated of flights changes. It honestly made me feel like a friend was helping me with all of these plans.

We had a fantastic time and of course it was due to no organizational problems. We travel often and know all to well how one little problem of checking in or shuttles not showing up can ruin a trip. We had ZERO issues with this trip. So organized and everything was a delight.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Mitzi as my travel agent in booking a Mediterranean cruise. She answered all of my questions like a pro, responded quickly, and was very diligent, carefully planning each and every detail of the cruise. She was also able to get my preferred 2 bedroom villa on deck 16 of the NCL Breakaway, in spite of it showing unavailable online. And once the booking process was completed with Mitzi, I was happily surprised to find that she had obtained onboard credits for all four cruisers. Thank you, Mitzi, for going over and beyond!!
