Though seasoned travelers, this was the first time we have used a travel professional and Dawn was amazing. She found good deals, spent lots of time on the phone with the cruise line on our behalf, changed flights for us when we changed our mind about departure airport, and checked in with us when our flights were delayed. Dawn was always just a phone call or text away and was very quick to respond to our queries. If she didn't know the answer, she found out. Working with her felt very comfortable and personal, but she was also very professional. We are making plans for a "big" trip that isn't happening for almost another two years, and Dawn is already on it, getting the booking squared away and researching answers to questions. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to ease the burden of self-planning.

Dawn made this the easiest trip ever. She did ALL the leg work with price/date comparisons and then reservations. She did all the looking and searching that I do not enjoy doing! She also sent us reminders when it was time for us to do our pre-check in. She was able to answer all of our questions when we needed more information.
