I’m Tracy Lloyd, a European river cruise specialist with a passion for creating relaxed, meaningful journeys for mature travelers, couples, and anyone who wants to explore Europe at a slower, more enriching pace. After more than 40 years of personal travel through Europe — and a recent AmaWaterways cruise from Amsterdam through Germany to Luxembourg — I fell in love with the unique charm of river cruising. The vineyards, the castles, the wine tastings, the gentle rhythm of sailing… it felt like the perfect way to experience Europe.

I’m certified with AmaWaterways, Viking, and Avalon Waterways, and I use that training to help first-time and returning river cruisers feel confident about choosing the right itinerary, river, and ship. Whether you're considering the Rhine for its wine regions, the Danube for its rich culture and history, or the Moselle for its charming medieval towns, I help you understand what makes each sailing special — and which journey best matches your travel style.

As a parent of a young adult daughter on the autism spectrum, I also understand the importance of comfort, routine, and low-stress planning. Over the years, I’ve learned how to build itineraries that are sensory-aware, well-paced, and mindful of individual needs. Many travelers come to me because they want someone who “gets it” and can create a travel plan that feels smooth, safe, and enjoyable from start to finish.

I specialize in river cruises because they bring together everything I love: beautiful scenery, incredible food, rich history, warm hospitality, and a feeling of ease that’s hard to match with large ocean ships or rushed itineraries.
