My mission is to make every travel experience unique and unforgettable. I know each person's trip starts with a dream, and that's why I'm involved in every stage of planning to create a customized itinerary that takes into account their individual desires, preferences and needs. 

My name is Alejandra, but I go by Ale. I'm 45 and live with my husband, daughter and our dog, Milo. I'm also the oldest of four siblings, one of whom has Down syndrome. Traveling with him is what inspired me to specialize in accessibility and inclusivity. 

From that experience, I deeply understood the importance of ensuring that everyone can travel without barriers. Since then, I have been fully committed to developing accessible and inclusive proposals. 

I joined the Servirsol Travel Agency team in 2024 and hold key industry certifications. I'm a Disney Travel Professional, trained by the College of Disney Knowledge, and also a Specialist at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. 

I stay up-to-date on industry trends, including all-inclusive travel, cruises and tours throughout Europe and the Americas.  

I've had the privilege of advising more than 50 travelers on their global adventures – families with young children, seniors, people with disabilities, couples, young adults, and groups of friends. Each came to me with their own unique story, and all with a common goal: fulfilling their travel dreams.

Mi misión es hacer que cada experiencia de viaje sea única e inolvidable. Sé que el viaje de cada persona comienza con un sueño, y por eso participo en cada etapa de la planificación para crear un itinerario personalizado que tenga en cuenta sus deseos, preferencias y necesidades individuales. 

Me llamo Alejandra, pero me conocen como Ale. Tengo 45 años y vivo con mi esposo, mi hija y nuestro perro, Milo. También soy la mayor de cuatro hermanos, uno de los cuales tiene síndrome de Down. Viajar con él fue lo que me inspiró a especializarme en accesibilidad e inclusión. 

A partir de esa experiencia, comprendí profundamente la importancia de garantizar que todas las personas puedan viajar sin barreras. Desde entonces, me he comprometido plenamente con el desarrollo de propuestas accesibles e inclusivas. 

Me uní al equipo de la Agencia de Viajes Servirsol en 2024 y cuento con las principales certificaciones del sector. Soy Profesional de Viajes Disney, capacitada por el College of Disney Knowledge, y también Especialista en Universal Orlando Resort y Universal Studios Hollywood.

Me mantengo al día con las tendencias del sector, incluyendo viajes con todo incluido, cruceros y tours por Europa y América. 

He tenido el privilegio de asesorar a más de 50 viajeros en sus aventuras globales: familias con niños pequeños, personas mayores, personas con discapacidad, parejas, jóvenes y grupos de amigos. Cada uno de ellos acudió a mí con su propia historia, y todos con un objetivo común: hacer realidad sus sueños de viaje.
