Mershawn has handled numerous trips for me for over a decade, in both business and leisure travel. She is my ultimate pro because she does so much research and has so much experience. Mershawn attends to every detail of a trip that she plans. For flights involved she checks out all possible prices and flights and keeps the traveler up-to-date on any changes. She has traveled extensively and enjoys sharing her experiences and pointing out places of interest that might fall within the scope of the experience being booked. She is amazing in that even when something unforeseen happens, even days before a trip (hours even!), Mershawn can reschedule or make suggestions to details of that trip. I have found Mershawn to be available any time when need be. She is easy to talk, too, and also fun (I had the luck to have actually met her and her husband on one of my trips). I can't imagine dealing with any travel agent other than Mershawn! Memorable trips planned by her included, Greece, Italy, Sicily, Mexico, Macedonia, and most recently and memorable Malta.

Germany was wonderful!

Mershawn was a God send! We traversed 1,600 miles around Germany and could not have done it without her. We discussed what our family enjoyed doing and an extensive itinerary. We stayed in a different town every night and she found us the best places to stay. She included the must do sights to see and points of interest.
