I had an incredible experience working with Monica Drobina at Drobina Destinations while planning our Alaskan cruise. Although we had to cancel due to a family emergency at the last minute, Monica’s support never wavered. From day one, she was professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about travel. She took the time to understand what we wanted, made thoughtful recommendations, and managed every detail seamlessly. When our plans unexpectedly changed, Monica handled everything with genuine compassion. She walked me through the cancellation process with care and did everything she could to ease the situation. She even checked in on my family a couple of times after the cancellation. Even though the trip didn’t happen, we are deeply grateful for her dedication and kindness. I’ll absolutely be planning future travel with her and highly recommend Monica and Drobina Destinations to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring travel advisor.

Alaska Cruise on Norwegian

Monica arranged our trip start to finish! We went a day early and she found us great accommodation near the Pier 66. She followed all our flights and welcomed us at each leg of the trip. Any issue, she was on it!!! I would not use anyone else for my travel plans! She is the best!!!

Monica planned our unforgettable December trip to New York, and every detail was perfect! From start to finish, she was involved in every step—so knowledgeable and attentive. We visited the Rockefeller tree, ice skated at Bryant Park, shopped in SoHo, stayed right in Times Square, and even had a personal shopping experience at FAO Schwarz! We had an amazing time, and thanks to Monica, nothing was overlooked. Highly recommend her for your next vacation!

Monica was incredible helping me plan an all-inclusive vacation where I proposed to the love of my life. From our call on day one, she had me several level of resorts and packages to choose from by that evening. Once we decided on a resort, she took care of all the details, coordinating with the resort, and arranging for several surprises during our stay. I'm here to rave specifically about collaborating with Monica as a Business Manager, coordinating my client's travel. We brought her a fully developed wish list for 10 days in Switzerland. We had an initial itinerary, including one event and three hotel reservations for a part of three, for a confirmed departure date in less than 30 days.
We went from that to a fully booked, concierge-level trip in only a few phone calls, emails, and detail changes.
Monica delivered everything she promised and everything that's so rare from today's service providers: authentic customer-centric service. Everything was about my clients, their wish list, and budget. However, she gently and appropriately suggested alternative activities or pushed back when her experience dictated.
After overhearing one of my calls with Monica, someone asked me how I could plan that kind of trip for someone else, knowing I couldn't take one myself. Trip of a lifetime with family

It was certainly my lucky day when I connected with Monica. My family of 8 were planning a 12 day independent trip to Italy, Switzerland, Paris, and London. While I had visited Europe several times, it had always been as part of a tour group. I felt overwhelmed with the logistics of putting this all together, especially so because of the various flights and trains we would need to reach all our desired locations.
