As we became overrun with work close to our trip and lacked adequate time to plan, Nikki quickly collaborated with us to figure out our goals and plan a dream vacation that was engaging, efficient, and left us ample room for exploration! She handled finding tours, cooking classes, seamless transportation, accommodations, and more. It was a huge load off our minds and she made our experience so easy!? Nikki provided great customer service from start to finish. She helped me with all my questions traveling to a country I’ve never been to before. She provided me numerous scheduling options to fit within my budget. She assisted with the last minute cancellation by the airline and was able to get me rescheduled on new flights. She also made herself available in case there were any further issues due to the cancellation. She regularly checked in before my trip to make sure I had everything in line and if I had any questions. She also followed up after my trip. I was so glad I had booked with Nikki when the airline had issues traveling to such a remote destination.
