Lindsay was excellent from beginning to end ! She made sure that all of our requests with our resort was taking care of with no problem. The transfers to and from the airport were seamless including my brother in law who was on a different a flight. Lindsay’s communication before, during, and after the trip was excellent. She made sure everything was perfect for our first family trip!

Amazing Riviera Maya Vacation

Lindsay was absolutely wonderful! This was our first big trip since our honeymoon 11 years ago & first big trip with our 8 year old. She made everything so easy from start to finish! She gave us several options & ultimately we chose Hard Rock Riviera Maya. Booking, payment, travelers insurance info, & our itinerary were very clear & simple thanks to Lindsay's knowledge & care, including step by step information for arrival and departure at our destination. She checked on us throughout the trip & when we returned. As a former travel agent myself, I knew we were in good hands. I cannot recommend Lindsay enough to help you book your next trip!

Lindsay was so awesome to work with! Even while on her own vacation, she managed to check in with us on our vacation. She sent ideas within our budget and the resort we stayed at was perfect for our family! She booked private transportation, which was so nice to have!! We had changes to our flights and we had everything sent the next morning by 5am with all changes. I would highly recommend having Lindsay book your next vacation!

40th Birthday Trip Success

I had never been to an all-inclusive resort, and the amount of choices was so overwhelming. I told Lindsay what I wanted, and she stepped in and made it happen! Her knowledge was invaluable and relived a lot of stress on my end. On top of that, her check-ins during vacation and follow-up both before and after the trip displayed great care for my experience. Lindsay is super personable and will work hard to make sure your experience is exactly what you want!

Everything Lindsay set up for us was perfect! She found us cheap flights I never would have found that saved us hundreds!!! She set up private airport transportation for us that worked out perfectly also! During the trip Lindsay was always available and checked in! Thank you for your work!
