Hannah suggested the perfect trip that we wanted for a Ladies Trip. Hannah worked with getting us exactly what we wanted and worked with our availability along with suggesting different dates for a cheaper price. The trip was wonderful!!! The Valentine hotel and staff were exceptional! The activities at the hotel and the food were just wonderful! Every choice of restaurant and bar you could want. Fast, easy service for everything. Super clean, super beautiful.  Thank you for the wonderful suggestion, I felt like VIP at that place no matter what we were doing. I know why so many people consistently go back to this place. Top Notch! We also did the Spa at the resort and that was wonderful. We did do excursions through the hotel. We did the Tulum Ruins and Cenote cave tour for a half day. Super nice, left by 7am from resort (with only 6 resort people) and back by 1pm. We beat all the crowds at each thing by going early. On a different day we did the Catamaran to the Isla Mujeres. That was an all day event and was super fun. Included the ride, snorkeling and being on the island for about 3 hours. Little over an hour drive to get to it though. 

You did a great job of setting up this trip, Hannah. The options you provided us in the planning phase were varied and provided us with different experiences to choose from. The excursions were carefully selected and in line with our budget as well as “wish list” of things to see and do. It was great to have your support while we were in Costa Rica, especially with the snorkeling trip that got changed. It worked out for the best - that sunset! We really appreciate how you had our whole family in mind when you thought about our travels. Thank you for your thoroughness, reminders along the way, and for checking in. This provided us with confidence, support and a feeling that you were only an email away if something went sideways, which it didn’t! We definitely hope to work with you again on our next trip.

Hannah made the planning process seamless. She was patient with us while we made the right decisions that worked for us. She highly encouraged travel insurance, but we never felt pressure to buy. We provided Hannah with dates, flight preference, and country as a location. Hannah provided multiple options and even included a few options just outside our parameters. We ended up slightly changing our initial plans for the better!

We spent 5 nights at El Dorado Seaside Suites. The resort is over an hour away from the airport. Hannah made sure we were aware this prior to our trip. The resort was beautiful and the staff was SO nice. They really try to cater to your every need. The beach front is very minimal. There is one portion that is less rocky and has some shallow space for swimming. The rest is all rocky and separated by a short rock wall or stacks of sandbags. The pools were not heated and were too cold to enjoy for most. Plenty of loungers for everyone.

We walked almost everywhere, but they run frequent shuttles/golf carts around the resort & are constantly offering rides.

The spa at the resort was amazing.

The food was underwhelming, but nothing to complain about. Typical buffet options, and they did have sit down options for breakfast and dinner (some requiring reservations). 24-hour room service was included to order food & other needs. They had a complimentary mini bar in the room that was restocked daily.

We did 2 excursions that were included with our package. The 1st was a catamaran/snorkeling trip, and the afternoon enjoying Maroma beach (gorgeous!). Our 2nd excursion was a cave and cenote tour. Highly recommend. Swimming in an underground lake was so cool. We always felt safe leaving the resort with resort staff.

Communication with Hannah, resort staff, and the transportation staff was great. Clear expectations and instructions were always given.

As a busy mom of three and someone who knew nothing about our destination, Hannah planned every aspect of our vacation perfectly. She found us two different accommodations on both sides of the island (mountains and beach) to make sure we got the whole Puerto Rico experience. She got us reservations for a ferry ride to "The Best Beach in the World" (it was by far the best beach I've ever been to and my favorite day of the trip). She booked us an amazing boat tour to snorkel through the mangroves (the highlight of our trip) and to see the bioluminescence. These experiences (and many more) were all her recommendations. She found us the best places to eat, shop and was overall amazing at finding family friendly activities for us and our three boys. Save yourself the stress of planning your vacation and leave it to Hannah to create a truly magical trip! I highly recommend her!

Hannah planned us an amazing trip!! She handled everything we asked her to do, from hotel before flights, airfare, multiple Airbnbs, vehicle rental/ATV rental to unforgettable adventures like snorkeling and bioluminescent bay tour!!! I will always use Hannah for my future traveling needs!!! She took the stress out of traveling and made my trip unforgettable! I can’t wait for for Hannah to plan my next trip!
