When I originally booked the river cruise with Nancy in 2019, with an April 2020 sail date on the AmaMagna, who could have ever thought COVID would hit and change our lives and world. My trip had to be rebooked twice due to COVID. Every time, Nancy was professional with a smile on her face. She took care of handling all the details for the trip. We finally were able to take the river cruise in April 2022 and it was a magnificent trip in every way! Before we left Nancy met with us to answer our questions, give us tips to make traveling easier and literally held our hand every step of the way. I highly recommend Nancy Walden to be your trip consultant as her vast experience and knowledge is so beneficial. You too will have the trip of a lifetime!

Nancy makes trip planning fun and exciting. With her vast experience in the industry, as well as personal travel experiences, you can't ask for a better agent. She's done almost every cruise you can think of, taken pictures with Mickey Mouse at Disney World and had a glass of fine wine on a river cruise through Europe. When you're looking for an agent, the best one's are the one's that have "been there, done that". She has. Highly recommend for any travel plans. She'll plan your trip with your every need in mind.
