Kristin helped me extensively narrow down honeymoon location and made the planning process incredibly seamless and easy. Even when issues arise, she is right there to help! We had a wonderful time and will definitely use again!

Kristin assisted us in a general understanding of the Viking Cruise experience by organizing an informational presentation from a Viking spokesperson at a very pleasant wine bar nearby. After we had made our decision to pursue a Viking river cruise, this past April, on the Danube river, Kristin met with us and helped us make plans and complete our trip registration. She was always available to answer questions right up to our flight over to Europe. Kristin offered a personal experience point of view of our itinerary on the Danube. Kristin helped us plan an amazing trip to the Keys! She found us a very fun & unique lodging place in Islamorada! We stayed in an aqua lodge (houseboat). It was so nice to be right on the water! She booked a great golf cart rental for us in Key West. It was a perfect way to see all of Key West with my parents who have limited mobility. My favorite part of the Key West trip was the amazing snorkeling we did in Key Largo! Kristin booked us with Silent World tour company. I have snorkeled a lot of places, but this by far was one of the best!

I wanted to take my son to Europe for a weeklong trip, and I had never traveled there before, so I needed a lot of help. My first challenge was finding what kind of itinerary would be possible in a 9 day trip. Kristin was very helpful in guiding us through our options. I think we probably tried out five or six scenarios before we landed on Porto and Madrid. Kristin was extremely helpful with finding hotels that were in great location with good reviews. We also added the insurance policy in case anything came up. When we arrived in both of our cities, we immediately recognized how good the location and hotels were, and we did not have any travel problems with our vouchers. Kristin also helped me with finding tickets to one of the soccer games that was challenging to get tickets to and we ended up booking a day trip through her suggestion with Viator. I really appreciated the communication and follow up on all aspects of our trip. It was an amazing experience!
