During the whole process of our trip, from booking to getting home Lori's continued communication with us was second to none. We had many changes of our minds to say the least. She dealt with many emails during my booking of the trip, the changes made at the last minute, and ultimately had an early departure, due to a death in the family. Even took the time to send kind words, afterwards She has been extraordinary through it all.

Lori is amazing. She has planned our six trips since 2018. From first contact until returning home Lori makes sure all of our requests and desires are met. She is a perfectionist and nothing goes awry. Lori is very professional and has given us the best of her personal knowledge. If she isn't sure about something you can be assured, she will research and provide you with everything you need to know or understand. Lori has surprised us so many times with incredible discounts even after our booking was complete. Lori makes all of our trips magical for us. Lori is our permanent and prized travel agent.

Lori was very detailed and attentive to our needs when we booked the Golf and Cruise to the Andalusian Part of Spain. The golf courses were amazing and also very challenging. The pre hotel arrangements and the transfers were beyond our expectations. We loved Lisbon Portugal and the Hotel Marriott treated us very well. When we arrived to Barcelona Spain, we were booked in a Boutique Hotel, Borneta. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. It was located in the beautiful Born district. The staff was exceptional and the food!!! Delicious. We went shopping in the Passeig de Gracia, The luxury shopping area. They provide a service to where they deliver your packages to your hotel room. This avoids any pick pockets or crime. We went to the famous restaurant 7 Portes built in 1836 where Picasso ate. It was a great experience. Very close to the port where you can go to if you are on a cruise. I would highly recommend. Lori was so helpful and amazing and I would definitely recommend that you use her for an amazing travel experience. Sincerely, Bobby and Lisa Fortenberry

We have used your agency several times over the years, and it has always been a pleasure dealing with Lori. My wife Sonia and I had a last-minute trip come up and she handled it in a very cheerful and expedient manner. She is an excellent representative of your company that shows professionalism, patience, and kindness. Thank you and Donna for always looking at new opportunities to serve your clientele and for hiring folks like Lori to represent FOX!!

We have been using Lori for our travel for more than 10 years. We usually travel at least once a year and have depended on Lori for excellent service and we have never had a problem with any of the vacations she has helped us plan.
