From the moment Carmen got on board he was able to anticipate needs, relieve anxieties, answer questions and go the extra mile. He knew we were interested in history and culture of the countries we were going to and showed up with books that addressed that. He spent time making sure flights were giving us more time where we could explore more of the cities. We always had the feeling he genuinely cared about the trip as of it was his own.

Making Fun Memories

Disney is my happy place. Some trips are planned while others are impromptu. But this was the easiest trip because of Seriously Fun Trips by Carmen.
I contacted Carmen and gave him about 4 days notice to plan an Epcot trip. He coordinated travel from two separate originating cities, hotel accommodations, specialty dinning and ride reservations. Planes, train, automobiles and memories with my sisters.

ChenMed Medical Mission trip to Nicaragua 2025

Carmen is one of THE most dedicated, organized, meticulous and professional person I have ever met.
This was a large group of us, 35 people traveling from the USA to Nicaragua.
He organized everything down to the last detail, via emails, zoom calls, booking flight and airport details. He even sent out a list of essentials that we should pack for our trip.
While in Nicaragua, he also coordinated the daily meetings, transportation, tour guide, places to visit etc. He made sure he counted everyone on the bus after the tours, making sure no one was left behind. For fun, we tried to distract him and mess up his count by could not!!!
He was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating to our every need. We felt safe, pampered and happy knowing that we could relax, unwind and enjoy an adult beverage without worrying about safety and security.
I recommend him 1000%.

Carmen is very communicative and exactly the kind of thoughtful person you want helping plan a trip. He’s detail oriented and saved us money without pressuring us to do anything Great Wolf Lodge was trying to sell us.
