Sarah was great in the pre-planning of our trip and coordinating 5 places of lodging and rental car throughout our trip. She provided well documented details and plan for the trip with all the important details. Sarah went above and beyond for us! She booked us at a brand new resort and made sure our rate was the best she could provide. She also went to bat in our behalf when the resort messed up our dates and made sure it was corrected. She took care of every aspect so all we had to do was show up and relax!

Sarah set us up once again with an amazing trip. This time my whole family went to a kid friendly resort. It was amazing!

I can’t even fathom how I ever traveled anywhere without Sarah’s help before. It was my first time using a travel agent to help with a trip, always thought they were a hired specialist that cost a lot of money. Discovering their services are actually free to us was such a blessing! Sarah was so dedicated in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, needed, and could afford. She found us a hotel room very last minute and within our budget, took care of our Disney tickets which included calling them on the phone and staying on hold for hours when there was an issue with my card. She checked in while we were there and when we got back to make sure it all went smoothly. I’ll for sure never travel anywhere without her help anymore!

When our initial accommodations had to be rescheduled at the 11th hour due to weather concerns in the area, Sarah worked tirelessly to adjust our schedule, accommodations, flights, park passes, etc., and what would have, in most cases, been a devastating loss of time, money and enthusiasm, ended up being perfect due to Sarah’s efforts. She handled everything for us from beginning to end, provided recommendations based on her wealth of knowledge, and kept us informed every step of the way. She is a superb resource, wonderful to work with, and is helpful in ways in which one couldn’t realize they needed help unless they used her. We cannot recommend Sarah highly enough!
